This TV flush mount was offered to me at the last minute to make this 65 inch TV hang the best way to showcase the picture, the TV and the 3/16 of an inch TV thickness . Everyone comments on the viewing presentation and I am happy that the Geek Squad made the suggestion.

I love the Geek Squad for installations. That being said...I have the total tech support which has significantly raised its prices over the last few months without warning. It used to be $49 for an install of TV mount and now it's almost $200. Not so sure if I'd renew because the tech support is not good.

What a great job was done to install my TV mount. The service was great and they did a fantastic job.

I had two appointments, which is a little unnecessary. They were to remove the TVs from one residence and reinstall in a new house. Rather than just follow the TVs to the new house, another crew was scheduled for the install. Regardless, they did a terrific job on the installations and everything looked and worked great.

The agent mounted and connected our tv. He then went over the use of the remote. The agent was very friendly and efficient. He deserves the best rating possible

I have always used TV stands and didn't know what to expect when I scheduled a wall installation for a new 75 inch Sony. The Geek guys were really great to explain their process, ask for my preferences for placement of equipment, and very precise measuring for exactly centered parts. They explained how to use everything including a Harmony remote which allows me to keep all the equipment in a cabinet out of sight.

Alex was excellent. The team that came to our house was very good at their job. They were very respect of our space and the hygiene they took their shoes off they were very knowledgeable and did swiftly did everything. They further made sure that all our questions we answered and offered lots of help and advice. The whole experience was so good

The two techs that came to install the TV were very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable about the mounting of our TV. They were cautious, protective of our TV. I would recommend them.

Great Job, just a little late getting to the house, but did a perfect job.

They helped install and put the TV with no problem. They did have charges for miving the old Tv to the other room. But other than that it was great.
