My tv was installed without any problems. The geek squad set it up and explained how to work the tv and sound bar. No issues

Amazing, quick service! The guys were professional.

This mount is perfect ! You can slightly move the tv with a gentle push or movement of the mount to tilt up down left or right. I would highly recommend to get a technician to install the new mount . They know what they are doing! They installed it perfectly and I didn’t have to worry about possibly leaving it loose or not having it centered.

They took my old tv down. No new installation as far as what the tv hooked up to because we were able to use what we already had to hang the new tv. They got the job done fairly quickly.

The Geek Squad installers were very competent, helpful and professional. The work they did was top notch. They exceeded all my expectations. They deserve a big raise!

Install text were great. Couldn’t ask for a great couple of guys to install and hook up all my equipment. Gotta love the geek squad.

My GeekSquad team was awesome! They not only did a great job, they were efficient but not rushed, and were totally helpful with the questions I had. I was even given a business card to call them back directly if I had any issues in the future. AND, they called to follow up about a week after my visit to make sure everything was still working.

Great guys and did a great job installing the mount and TV. Also made sure TV was operating before they left and I had a basic understanding of how everything worked.

The agents did a fabulous task mounting the TV and sound system. Then, took the time to explain all.

These team was very professional. They took special care much like they were doing it for themselves; measuring and centering to ensuring all the wires were hidden properly and even mounted the AppleTV on the wall mount out of sight. They cleaned up after themselves as well as taking care when drilling to catch all the dust.

Would definitely recommend paying professionals to install wall mount. Perfectly set up and quick.

The Geek Squad did a good job installing my full action wall mount and attaching TV, but they weren't very considerate about my needing them to be at the house first thing because I work 3rd Shift which caused me to loose sleep for work. I made the appointment a week in advance to make sure I could get the very first appointment, but they got to the house with only a half an hour left at the very end of the estimated arrival time. The Geek Squad will do a good job, but don't count on them keeping their word on when they will arrive.

The agents carefully mounted my tv and connected all of the devices. They also configured all of the software on my television to my satisfaction.

The actual service is awesome! TVs mounted quick and easy and right where I wanted them. Scheduling needs a lot of Improvement. They were not knowledgeable of the services I was trying to schedule… which was pretty simple, 3 TVs, mounted, and run the HDMI cable through the wall. I became a total tech member first to get all the added benefits at $50 a TV. I had to have 2 different appointments because the first one they didn't have all the necessary equipment to run my HDMI cables in the wall like they should have.

The installer mounted my tv and made sure everything was connected to it properly. He was very nice and friendly! Answered all my questions and overall did an outstanding job!

Jacob and his associate were prompt, friendly and competent. He knew the product and made me aware of different choices in brackets.

Was a little confusing at first as to when they were coming to install the TV, but the agents who came did a great job, answered all my questions, and cleaned up the mess on their way out. Would use them again

Great install; cleaned up any mess; clear instructions on how to use
