He took the time to listen and understand exactly what I was after in terms of the mount and translated that into leaving me with the home video experience I could have imagined.

The agents mounted my tv and used their COVID-19 training. Very respectful, helpful, and courteous. I loved the service! They cleaned up behind themselves and did an amazing job with mounting television and showing me how to operate tv as well. They also took away old tv, which helped clear up space. Samuel and Majid did exactly what I had requested, which was to mount my TV on the wall in the kitchen, connect it up to Verizon One, help me (and show me) how to get Disney plus, HBO max and make sure it all worked. They did a great job and patiently showed me how to go online after they left so that I felt confident enough to do this myself.

It was easy to schedule, and the techs were on time, professional and did a great job.

This tv has a great picture. And sound. And I don’t have a sound bar. The geek squad delivered it and mounted it in about 15 to 20 min with a mount I provided. Great job.

Couldn't have asked for better service. The tech was very nice and knowledgeable and walked me through the menu and settings on my new tv and answered all of my questions and made it easy to understand ....i recommend highly and would use again in the future for piece of mind in knowing everything was done correctly and I am in good hands!

Best buy did a great job mounting our TV. It was kind of difficult because it's in a corner and the house has over 100-year-old plaster. But they were able to do it and it looks wonderful.

I purchased a Sony TV, which came with free mounting. The geek squad did a fantastic job. They put up the mount with no problems and no mess. They showed me the basics of the TV, and they even wore booties to keep the floors clean! While I'm not sure I would have paid the full price for the mounting, I would highly recommend it if you can afford it. It takes the headache out of mounting the TV, and they know what they are doing.

The Geek squad crew has been here to my home twice now installing complicated wall hanging 'frame tvs.' Both installations went very smoothly and could not have been more professionally handled start to finish. Installation and delivery is definitely now the strong point of Best Buy.

My TV is very clear and sharp, And was well mounted by the geek squad, wires were concealed neatly and job completed in a timely manner!

I paid geek squad to install my soundbar & wall mount my 65" TV. Totally worth every penny. They were professional and cleaned up all mess & debris related to the install and even installed everything in such a way to to have no wires showing. Totally recommend using them for all electronic needs
