Work was done quickly and neatly. The agent made sure we were 100% satisfied before leaving. In addition he left his contact information if we needed further assistance.

First crew very helpful. Made recommendations that resulted in a great finished product. Only dig was not cleaning up the dust they created. Second crew (replacing the first defective TV were top shelf.

The Geek Squad located the wall mount location, marked it and proceeded to attach the bracket, ready for the TV. The neatness of the install was especially appreciated. All cords and cable devices were mounted with zip ties to the bracket so when the install was complete it appeared to "float" on the wall. Very efficient service.

Wall installation of my TV was exceptional. Tech’s arrived as scheduled. I was notified prior to arrival for an exact ETA. The tech’s couldn’t have been any nicer or professional. Installation was quick. I highly recommend the Total Tech Service.

The geek squad mounted a large tv on a wall that was difficult to work with. They worked until they had the job done, were very professional and made sure I knew how to work everything once they finished. Upon walking in the door The Geek Squad displayed knowledge of the product and installation strategies that fit our requirement. They were professional, informative and determined to meet our needs.

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to all my devices. He went out of his way to make sure we was overly pleased and satisfied with his work before he left. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and respectfully at all times. I wish I could give the tech more then 5 stars that’s how please I am.

The Geek Squad arrived on time with all the components needed to complete the job (TV, mount, in wall kit). They were very efficient and completed the job within an hour. They made sure all the controllers and sound bar were working properly. The vacuumed up all the dust and hauled away all the boxes and debris. We were very pleased with the courtesy and care the Squad provided.

Had a 12-8 pm time slot. The installer called ahead of time and asked if 11:30 am would be okay. They showed up within 5min of the est. arrival time and were done in 30min. We did not require wall mounting just open box and setting up on tv stand etc. No issues with appt or the service. They were nice and efficient.

The guys did an awesome job mou ting my tv's. The were best and clean and tv's went up as requested.

My installers were great. They did a womderful job and answered all my questions. Will want them to help me in the future woth any other projects!!

Love our Samsung - 65” Class S95D Series OLED 4K Glare-Free Smart Tizen TV (2024). We could have purchased it at many different location, but wanted to have it installed above our stone fireplace in our new home by Sammy Guajardo. Sammy installed a similar TV for friends of ours and he was absolutely fantastic. He is very friendly and takes pride in his work. Sammy is a great asset to Best Buy.

The service at purchasing was excellent. The Geek Squad members who came to install my tv were very helpful in all that they did in being sure the tv fully operated. They made sure that we understood all the basic things that we needed to keep it operating while we explored all of the options we have available.

The tech was on time and very efficient. The tech was prepared with all the needed safety gear. He asked to right questions and was happy to demonstrate the functions for the TV, which was pretty new to me, I did not know it had so many new functions. This new wall mounts creates additional new space and it generates functionality for this room.
