The tech was on time and very efficient. The tech was prepared with all the needed safety gear. He asked to right questions and was happy to demonstrate the functions for the TV, which was pretty new to me, I did not know it had so many new functions. This new wall mounts creates additional new space and it generates functionality for this room.

Quick, clean, polite, but most of all knowledgeable - handled installation in our old house well (dealt with uneven floor/ceiling and made TV look level and knew what to do with plaster walls). So wish I could remember the men’s names [the trainee was Ben? and the team lead was ??].

They have mounted two tv for us and they are excellent. One of the tv had several extra wires and they fixed the to look nice beside out fire place. Can't even see them. They are a first class group.

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to all my devices. They answered all my questions and showed me how to use the remote control.

We purchased a Total Tech membership when we purchased our 65" LG OLED TV. The install of TV and mounting bracket was free with our Total tech membership, and install was on a brick wall requiring special mounting fasteners. There was some confusion between Best Buy and the installers regarding the install date and it appears the confusion was on the part of Best Buy. Still, a great quality install.

My Geek Squad installers were the best. They were awesome. Geek squad went way above my expectations. After drilling, etc. they cleaned everything up. They also worked with me on where to mount my television and even provided advice, that even I never would have thought of, to meet my expectations. Very glad I paid for the service and they even gave a walk through after the install with my products. A+++ job!

Great mount. We had the Geek Squad mount it. No way we could have done it correctly. It has great range of motion and the ability to move to avoid glare from sun. Geek squad was so very helpful and polite. They even went into programming and removed unnecessary options and renamed inputs to avoid any confusion. Love those guys

The installers arrived on time . They were efficient and courteous. Most importantly, they took the time to set up and program the remotes and were very patient in explaining how to use all the feTures. They set up all the apps and explained how to use them, . They were very patient with our questions and did not leave until we understood how to use all the features.

The 2 technicians that installed my 65” Samsung Frame TV were personable, professional, efficient, and made sure I fully understood the features of the TV.

We had our TV installed, and the old one taken away in less than an hour. Made sure we were comfortable operating the new TV and had all our questions answered.

Very professional service. The crew was careful with our home and ensured we were happy with the placement. A little pricey but took the stress off of me doing it.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job of installing the TV on the wall for viewing. The wall mount I ordered was not strong enough and they had another one on their truck which I purchased. They were so very helpful and neat. They cleaned up after the install. Please use them. They know what to do.

This team was professional , provided an efficient quality install and took time to ensure we understood how to use the unit with som added tips and tricks also very kind.

The agent brought the wrong mount and had to come back later the same day. Then he put extra holes in my walls that I now have to cover up.
