The workers did a great job and my TV looks good in the Living room

Drew and Roy were unbelievable in their assistance yesterday. They had the daunting task of mounting two tv's(one 85 inches) and connecting a surround sound system. They were very quick to provide me with reasonable answers to all of the questions and concerns I had for both of them. Highly recommend Geek Squad installation in the future!

I want to tell Best Buy thank you for being there for me and my family. My daughter Antonique wanted to buy me a TV for Mother's Day , which was the greatest gift ever. Best Buy Delivered my TV on time and set up my Channels. I called Best Buy an d add my daughter to my acc. just in case she want's to buy me and the else.

We have had the Geek Squad come to our home twice and it was a great experience both times. Good communication along with good service was appreciated. The projects were completed by skilled professionals and we were very pleased with the end results. We will definitely be using the Geek Squad again when needed in the future!

The 2 gentlemen who came to install TV on wall were delightful. Arrived on time. Got work done quickly. They were able to explain everything well. (Much nicer than the Geek Squad member I used to install the Samsung before this.)

Geek Squad does an amazing job with mounting TVs. They are very thorough with making sure the height is what you want, secured to the wall properly, and even vacuuming up any debris. I highly recommend their services!

I've had 2 tvs installed by BB and in both cases they did a great job including hiding the wires in the wall so they are invisible as well as ensuring that the TVs are at a good height.
