I've had 2 tvs installed by BB and in both cases they did a great job including hiding the wires in the wall so they are invisible as well as ensuring that the TVs are at a good height.

The Geek Squad sent to me (Tony and Caleb) was great! They worked quickly, thoroughly, cleaned up after themselves, and were very friendly. My only regret is that I didn't press for instruction on my new remotes!!

The agents were very professional candy helpful. They made sure to keep the area clean and cleaned up after they were finished. The agent walked through the new set up and offered his card for any additional questions.

Sam was fantastic. Extremely polite, kind and patient. He had a great demeanor and was really friendly with my wife and my dogs, not to mention highly efficient with his work. Sam's a great representation of your team - big thanks, Sam!

Although i could have installed the wall mount myself, my tv was too heavy for me to manipulate on my own. I opted for the geek squad install and i could not be more impressed. These guys were very professional, fast and clean. I would definitely recommend using thia service. They will run thru a tutorial of how things work as well as disassembly as well. Great job

Super job by the techs. They saw an issue with the mount I had purchased and luckily they had one in their truck tht worked best. Super JOB all around and very professional and knowledgeable.

Excellent!!! Two rep team worked expediently. Answered all my questions. Left my house clean of any paper/cardboard and my damaged TV. Highly recommend letting the Geek squad handle your issues.

Installer would not do the install because the installation would not have been stable and safe. He cheerfully packed the TV and mount up and gave me full credit for the TV, the mount and installation cost. I will definetly patronize Best Buy again. Thanks

The agent who came was excellent in mounting the tv and taking the old tv down. He was professional in every way and took time to explain all the features on the new tv and how to access them. Very impressed with the service but honestly I’ve come to expect excellent service since I’ve been dealing with Best Buy for over 20 years

Great job on the installation and setup. I was disappointed with the price of the wall mount because cause I had to purchase the mount from the Geek Squad because the one I ordered was through Best Buy that never arrived until two days later.

Great installation, properly done with great craftsmanship and people skills. Done right the 1st time! I could have done it but it would have eaten up half my day and still not be done right.

The agents arrived in a timely matter, mounted and setup my TV and connected all my devices. They worked quickly and efficiently and talked me through the whole process. They were super friendly. Ramon from the geek squad did an excellent job with my TV installation. He was punctual, respectfully wore a mask and ensured that TV was positioned precisely how I needed it. Was very patient to getting the job done well. Left the work area very clean and tidy after install truly impressed.

The team who did the installation was excellent. They were very professional along with knowledgeable on the set up for my new LG TV.

These guys are true professionals. They have mounted 5 or 6 TVs for me and completed other services as well. I have never been disappointed. They are always friendly and respectful. These guys care about my floors and my walls and they always make sure I’m completely satisfied before they leave. To some, the cost may be high, but trust me....it’s well worth it to call the Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad guys came and were excellent. This is the second time I have had them install a tv during the pandemic. They wear masks (and do I while they are here) and are friendly and offer all kinds of advice. I can do a mount myself, but not as quickly and effort free and these guys. I’ll continue to use them when I need a tv mounted.

Entire installation was very quick and efficient. I was told of potential problems and solutions. I was asked, when options existed, to select what worked best for me. They had all of the tools and supplies needed. They put down mats to protect our floors and the components. They cleaned up after themselves. They showed us how all of the components worked before they left.

They are so professional and friendly they carried the tv to the 2nd floor installed the wall mount I already had and everything thing was done perfectly!

I so appreciate the two Geek Squad agents who set up my new 65" TV and sound bar and more. They did a great job, and I am really enjoying my new larger TV.
