The agents were on time and completely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They explained everything as they went along and spent time showing me how to operate the system until I got it. Geek Squad always rules!!

Geek Squad was very professional and knowledgeable with the installation and mounting of my 2 TVs. They were on time and did a great job. They configured my fire TV devices for both TVs and recommended a different mount and HDMI cable for one of my TVs so that the TV was mounted safely and that I would have the best viewing experience. I highly recommend them.

What can I- Best Buy and Greek Squad did everything they said they would do! Wonderful service, honored the appointment and set everything up perfectly! Greek Squad- The best team- don't go anywhere else if you need your electronics installed properly!

The agent mounted our TV, set up cable and blue ray remote, and connected all devices. He instructed us on how to add apps, make changes to the TV set up, and use of the new remote control for the TV. Mike did a great job. It was a pleasure to have him come to our home and work with us.

Wow, these guys are professionals. Not only do they only put one hole in the wall cause they know exactly where the studs are they tie up the cords neatly. Awesome Job!! They are worth the money cause we would butcher the wall with holes. They make sure the TV is level and so much more, hooking up cable box, DVR, etc.

While the installers did a great job installing, the rest of the process was “AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER!” Single biggest problem with Best Buy is their horrible customer service. Other than physically going in, there is no way to reach the actual store when you have an issue (and store employees confirmed this). When you call the listed store phone #, you are immediately pushed to a call center. When contacting the call center 2 (of 3) associates that I spoke with were unwilling and/or unable to address my issues. If the issue is outside the script they are lost. My first issue was a price match. Zero help from call center. I had to wait when I was back in town to then go back to the store to address. Store associates addressed the issue in 2 minutes. First attempt to install everything was met with a soundbar that never showed up. I was told it was out of stock. I ordered everything 3 weeks prior. I did come to find out that the soundbar “disappeared” the day before initial installation. Second attempt, installer showed up without the soundbar (asking me where it was). His “notes” did not include going to the store to pick up the soundbar. So I needed to go to the store and pickup the soundbar myself. Additionally, he was assigned as a 1 man job. The soundbar was being attached to a 77 inch tv, so i needed to help him take the tv down and put it back up. To his credit he reworked his schedule to come back same day to install after I picked it up. Bottom line, the store associates and installers were great to deal with. But Best buys glaring issues are in their logistics and call center operations. Their overall approach to customer service is severely impacted by their approach to underinvesting in those services.

The guys knew their jobs and went right to work. TV was up and running in less than an hour. The went through all the settings with us fine tuning the settings. The LG TV works great!

This service is excellent. Had new Insignia TV stand assembled, 65” Insignia TV mounted to the stand plus cable box. DVD player and VCR player hooked up. Installer Ed and helper could not have been more professional and helpful.

The gentlemen who came to install and set up the TV were great. They explained what they would be doing and then explained and showed me how to operate the TV and the picture part.

Joe and Julio from Encinitas were exceptional. First, notified me of my time on the schedule and if that was ok. Called me prior to coming to home to make sure, I appreciate the heads up. Made sure all the equipment, cables, wires, plugs ,etc were there, measured my wall to center the 65” tv, all was perfectly done. I am very very happy, they moved the dresser, cleaned up, put dresser back and I hope you give them a big raise, as I am a very very fussy customer and do not give 5 stars often.

Bryan and his associate were outstanding! Definitely a five star experience mounting our TV. Through chance Bryan has mounted other TVs for our family and has been nothing but professional, polite and a perfectionist. I would highly recommend him and his associate to anyone in central California looking for geek squad services.

The Geeks came, mounted the set, connected all the wires, disposed of the packing material and left the area as if they had not been there! The geeks answered all my questions, and explained all the Tv gun ruins and controls. Excellent service!!

Excellent communication with the Geek Squad team that installed my full motion TV wall mount and 85" Sony TV. These items were installed in a custom designed wall niche with very close tolerances. The Geek Squad's installation was spot on! The team arrived on time and left a spotless clean job site. Thanks guys for a really great job.

As always, Geek Squad excelled at their profession. 2nd of 3 mounts.. No pic cause I am worn out. Be careful when you tell a wife "yes, of course we can change the carpet on the stairs..." You're liable to get much much more work than you expect. However, in this case, she works, and I act like an apprentice just for kicks.
