The agents hung the TV on the wall, neatly tied the wires with zip ties, connected my devices, updated the cable box, and neatly put all those wires into the wall mount brackets. So perfectly done.

Geek Squad service. Great technician, he knew what he was doing. Very well-educated young gentleman. He explained to me certain ways to move the equipment with the TV and ways to connect everything.

A wonderful agent assembled and installed a special stand for my new TV and set it up perfectly. The TV is great, and I couldn't be happier!

They did an excellent job moving my old TV (to make room for my new one) to another room, mounting it flush to the wall in a difficult and tight corner. Attention to detail was 100% and they showed genuine care that it looked good where it was, was level, etc.

The team was great - one time, precise placement of holdups and TV. Clean-up was perfect. Clear instructions and all questions were answered. Very courteous.

My only complaint is that it took 2 weeks to get a $75 credit to my account because I overpaid. Other than that the installation guy was polite, efficient and did an amazing job. Just don’t go to Brier Creek store and expect the same polite, efficient and courteous service. I saw this lady manager talk so bad to an individual. I couldn’t believe my eyes. In addition I’ve had awful experiences there as well. It hurts me more seeing other people mistreated. So I drive several extra miles for better customer service.

Geek squad was well worth the extra fee to install. They were curtious and cleaned up all boxes. They mounted the 64inch tv to the wall and set up the sound bar. Also, explaining how to operate Both. I would have never managed this on my own. Very satisfied With work and would recommend

Our service technician was excellent. He arrived on schedule. He started work immediately. He helped us decide where to place the tv mount. He explained how to use the tv. Before he left he cleaned up and removed the trash.

There were 4 TVs that were mounted in different rooms. The agents did a fantastic jobs mounting TVs.

The tv mounted on my wall was a 42 inch. I purchased a 65 inch. They had to move my mount over to accommodate the bigger set. They did it so fast and quietly, I was waiting for them to start and they were finshed! They also mounted my sound bar under the tv.
