The agents arrived during the first half of the window (between 7am-1pm). I was nervous they would not show up until closer to 1. But they showed up around 9-930, and were gone around 10. They were very respectful of my apartment and asked my opinion after every step to ensure I was okay with the placement of my tv

The agents were super respectful as I was working from home when they installed the TV mount. They did a great job and the TV looks great!

I had a replacement and reinstall they were Very professional and worked quickly also they moved my wall mount up because the last techs (3rd party company) that did the first instal put it too low

Greek Squad was very efficient and set up the TV and sound system with ease, The installers were professional, efficient, polite and very knowledgeable, They are great ambassadors to the Geek Squad.

The team did a great job in taking down the old system and installing the new mount and TV. Got the programing taken care of and was in and out in no time at all.

The agents were on spot on with information and the professionalism in which they went about their jobs. Everything was done in a very timely manner with plenty of time to teach us some new things about a smart TVs we never knew! Never felt rushed with our questions or their answers. All around fantastic experience.

The geek squad did an awesome job installing the tv.

The agents were great. Mounted TV on the wall, hooked DVD player, and Headset unit. A very clean install as there was no drywall dust from drilling holes for mount. They were clean, polite, and very helpful explaining the operation of TV worked. They were in and out in 45 min.

The QNED TV from LG was brought and wall-mounted by two technicians, who also set up the sound bar.

Installers came out twice. First time out they discovered that the TV screen was cracked. Had to start the purchasing process over a few days later. Same installers came out and did a great job.

The agent connected tv very good and explain very politely all feature of tv and connect to my WiFi both did very good job very happy with their work

I had an audio and video sync problem with my new Samsung TV. Jeff stopped out to fix it...only took him less than 10 minutes and it now works perfectly. He also answered questions I had about this "Smart TV". He was so friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend the Best Buy Geek Squad to anyone who can't figure out a problem.

The Geek squad was amazing. We had two techs in to do the work. The assisted each other and worked independently of each other. The installations went well - fast, efficient and well done. After each tv was installed we got a detailed explanation of how they worked and how we could access all the features. We are very pleased with the level of service we got.

The REMOTE Geek Squad is and has been, very very good. I upgraded to total tech and as much as I use them, it more than covers the yearly cost. Much more somewhere else as I have so many tech things now, its a must as I am not a techie nerd. The Best Buy Service in home techs. They have varied. I have had washer dryer...dishwasher...fridge. NOW STOVE/microwave and two TV's installed now. I get at Best Buy because of interest free 24 month payments and payoff is great and stress free for me, this way. Each service guys, for each applicance has been different. OVERALL, good service. Its hit and miss now, I feel because of the pandemic , things are different and picking service people that maybe arent stellar is happening. My LAST INSTALL, the guys were good but I think they need to up their Covid Protocol a bit. it should be AUTOMATIC: masks, gloves and booties, no questions about it. HAND SANITIZER if gloves are off. Those hands can leave germs in peoples homes. Even the gloves, so sanitize whatever they bring into your house I feel. I am grateful they STILL PROVIDE an in home service. The guys were nice,, but hard to hear thru masks and had to ask the guy to talk up a bit , then it was fine. Thats personal preference for me I guess. Love my TV as I am in isolation at home alot and it really helps having a great tv with great sound , now. OVerall service is good as I said, just speak up to them if something needs to be done and not understanding, etc. WE ARE PAYING for this service...so I dont let them leave til I fully understand and have my questions anwered in total.

The tech that installed the one mounting bracket was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I have no issues with the tech. However, we purchased two mounting brackets. The one that allowed the tv to be angled could not be used because it requires two attachments to the wall and our studs were located in such a way the tv would not be centered over the furniture piece. People who purchase this type of bracket should be aware of this requirement/situation. Again, the tech was SUPER, the produce is being returned.

Technicians arrived on time and efficiently completed the installation within about 30 minutes. They demonstrated the TV and explained the remote control functions. Also, they reconnected my Roku device saving me the trouble of initiating new service for several streaming channels.

The crew that came were very professional, knowledgeable and super nice! They were nice enough to help me wuickly figure out why another TV was not connecting to my WiFi after completing the job they arrived for. Exceeded all my expectations and was worth every penny of the service they provided! No headaches! Thank you!

Beautiful picture. Good sound. Used to always use Samsung, but this is definitely an upgrade. Geeks knew what they were doing.
