The agents that came out to mount my tv were amazing they were very friendly and went over and beyond to make sure I was happy with my service took their time to answer my questions and explain everything to me.

They were PROS!! Arrived on too time, fast work, friendly.

We purchased a 85 inch Sony tv for our parents and since we have used Best Buy geek squad for all 3 of our mounted tvs we knew that they would do a great job. Our parents said the installers were so courteous, friendly, and helpful. They took in consideration all the COVID precautions which is greatly appreciated!

The guys showed up to install two TV's. They actually thought that they could use an existing mount and tried to save us some money. That didn't work out, but I appreciated the effort. One of the guys looked like Jason Mamoa which was very exciting to my daughter and her friend. :) I've been very happy with Best Buy and the Geek Squad.

So impressed with the Geek Squads installation of my new TV. They wore masks, gloves and booties, they had to drill into a fireplace to mount and install the tv, and they even dialed in all of my remotes for me too. They took the time to properly hide all of the cords and make sure everything was running smoothly. Worth every penny

They were quick and on time. Knew exactly what to do and had it up and running in less than an hour and then stayed and helped instruct me on how to change settings.

The Jeff and team arrived on time and mounted 75” TV on the wall as per my requirement. Explained the TV operations and demo. They are really nice good guys.

I mounted my previous TV above my fireplace. I decided to have Geek Squad do it for me this time. That is the only way to go. The Geek Squad mounted my TV, mounted my sound bar and hooked up my XBox in 2 1/2 hours. They made all the wiring look neat and hidden. They did in a couple of hours what would have taken me a couple of days to do myself. Definitely the only way to go.

Will has installed and mounted all 3 TVs in my house. He’s prompt, efficient, friendly, and does a great job every time. He makes sure I’m aware of where the TV will be mounted so I know how it looks. Would absolutely recommend Geek Squad services, and he’ll likely be back out to my place the next time I need a TV mounted.

If there is anyone out there who would risk dropping an expensive tv to save $129.00 good for you! The Team who installed and set up our tv were tremendous!!! Both have been with Best Buy for over ten years. One team member when I inquired if he had set up many wall mounted tv’s, said just over 8,000!!! Highly recommend to spend the money and relax while the real experts Install the tv!

The two individuals that worked on our installation were both neat in appearance, polite, and very professional. The installation was done in a timely manner and exactly as we expected. When complete, they went above and beyond to make sure we understood how to use our new equipment. Money very well spent!

The 2 gentlemen that arrived to mount our wall tv were professional and took extra measures to keep everything clean and gave some helpful advice to us older folks on how to access a few more shows.

This TV has amazing picture and is a big improvement from my last Sony TV. Id recommend it to anyone thinking aboit upgrading to an OLED.

This is a great TV for the price. Very clear picture, well lite to if your room has a lot of windows as mine does.
