A very pleasant Best Buy Home Theatre technician installed our new TV mount and TV purchased from Best Buy. Why do it yourself when you can have pros with a smile on their face do it for you?!

Geek Tech team were very proffessional and knowledgeable. Marvin's knowledge of TV mounting was exceptional. He was patient and handled installation as if was his own product.

They did a quick and great job setting up my new TV.

GeekSquad showed up punctually, something I love in today's age of 4 hour service windows. After asking about my desires as to mounting placement, I was provided with additional options/points to consider, and then they got down to business. GeekSquad did the install of the TV & Soundbar, including configuring the wireless subwoofer and programming all of various inputs. A great service all around.

Wow!!! The Geek Squad was awesome!!! They mounted my Sony TV exactly how I wanted!!! They were so nice and very professional. I couldn’t have asked for more.

The Geek Squad team did an amazing job attaching our TV and antenna above our fireplace wall. They were very knowledgeable and willing to teach some old dogs new tricks!!!! They spent a great amount of time with us and answered all the questions. We would not hesitate to call upon them again if needed. They are worth every penny. Thanks fellas! Amazing job!

Was very friendly, kind, respectful, and respectful of my residence and property. Took time to answer all questions, explain and ensure i understood proper usage. Took time to make sure i had no issues logging in. Answered questions i had about later installs i will need.

The agents came ready for the task at hand and installed my tv and soundbar with no issues. I was asked my opinion on how I wanted my tv mounted and in a matter of a reasonable time every thing was done

The installers were ultra professional and did an excellent job.

Geek Squad installers were awesome. They did two TVs. My large 65 inch A90J and a smaller 55inch Sony. They were patient, answering all my questions, and made some suggestions that I had not thought about but made total sense (replacing my surge protectors for the upgraded TVs).

The techs were on time and came fully prepared to perform my requested information...they also spent extra time ensuring that I knew how to utilize the entire system...I highly recommend their installation team!!!

Ed and Marcus did a great job! TV works beautifully with our complicated audio system. They are thorough, knowledgeable, on time, follow social distancing and cleaning protocols, and leave work area just as neat and clean as it was when they arrived. Cannot give enough compliments to this team— recommend them highly.

The two gentlemen (one was Ben) who visited our home were professional and patient especially in dealing with issues from Hargray. They stuck with it and got us up and running. It is so great to have such courteous and business like technicians on your staff!

My service with Christopher and Matthew were great. They very knowledgeable and took the time to ensure that I was pleased with the installation and making that I understood the set up of my TV.

The young men were excellent. Set up TV and sound bar and made sure I knew how everything worked. They weren't here very long and did a good job.
