The installers did a great job installing the wall mounts, mounting the TVs and setting them up. Very easy process, would use Geek Squad installation again.

I had excellent Geek Squad - an husband & wife - team mount and setup my TV. They were professional, friendly, knowledgable and very respectful of my home!

The agents put my TV exactly where I asked them to and connected it to my SONOS sound system. They even equalized the SONOS surround sound, which I consider above and beyond what I had purchased.

This was my third delivery of the same tv. First team was rude and actually grabbed a tool right out of my hand. Second time tv still did not work properly. Third times the charm. This single man team was kind, helpful, and skilled. The TV not so much, I am still having some of the same issues.

The two techs who came by to mount my new TV and Sonos Arc were absolutely amazing. They talked me through the setup, cleaned up after themselves, and answered any questions I had.

The agents mounted my TV in exactly the place I wanted and made certain all was working before offering to remove all the packaging that came with it. Quick, efficient, courteous and respectful. There was no way I would have gotten the TV where I wanted it on my own.

The pair of installers were here on time, installed the mount and TV quickly, and fficiently. They cleaned up the packaging supplies and left me happy.

A contracted installation tech actually did the install of my sound bar & tv bracket. The two techs that arrived were polite, professional, and extremely precise! They checked measurements 3 times before drilling holes, and verifying the tv & sound bar were exactly centered. Highly, highly recommend having Best Buy coordinate your installation!

Never disappointed when utilizing Geek Squad tv mounting etc. They are great! Save yourself the headache and have them ensure the best install/ tested service.

The guys did a good job and it only took 30 minutes. But they did not hook up my components. I think for 200 bucks it should be included like it said when I ordered the service. I spent another 2 hours of mine own time setting the components back up. Wasn't real happy about that or what I paid for for what I got.

I went into the store to look at TV’s and the sales person was helpful but I had questions about how to integrate everything into my current home theater system. This is when they recommended Geek Squad. David from Torrance came to my home and checked out all my system and made recommendations. We’ve ordered the supplies and a geek squad team came out and did the set up. It was a great process with David checking in with me all throughout. Would use them again.

They not only did a professional install, but they fixed the mess that the Best Buy contractor did a few days prior. Only allow Geek Squad in your house!! No 3rd party contractors that BBuy sends. You can request it! Do so :)

The representatives mounted our TV on our existing stand and set it up. The install would've been perfect except I realized the TV manual was not there.I called the reps to ask where it was. They told me they don't usually leave the manual because it is of no value. However, if I want a manual go to the store and they would print one for me. I did not like that . They made an assumption without asking me. After all, I paid for the TV.

I knew the tv’s at this size would be heavy, but didnt think that they would be THAT heavy. Very glad I decided to get this service so I wouldn’t have to worry about it!

The Geek squad technician who came to my house on December 27th was very professional, very friendly and he went above and beyond to do all the services l have asked for. His name is Jackson and I was really appreciative and very satisfied for the great quality of his service
