The two Geek Squad installers that removed our old 65" ROKU were very knowledgable, polite, on time (early), and completed the installation and set up of new 65" ROKU very fast. Excellent Geek Squad representatives.

Only complaint is that they installed the TV on an existing wall mount and I can't get the serial # due to the bracket covering it. Also Best Buy said they could not provide the serial #. I suggest that when the installers mount a TV they copy the serial # and provide it to the owner.

Sean arrived on time. Very professional and knowledgeable on what he's doing yet very friendly; it's like dealing with a family member. He suggested the better mount for the TV and he's right. The set up was clean with no damage on the wall. Would trust him again for future tech needs.

Geek Squad and totaltech membership worth their weight in gold. Quick easy installation with folks that were pleasant, had the right tools and knew what they were doing. Free haul-away of the old TV an even better bonus.

The Geek Squad team arrived on time and ready to go. They checked over all the items to be installed to be sure nothing was faulty or damaged. They verified the preferred viewing height and had the mount and TV installed in short order. It looks great.

They did an amazing job, it was new construction, and the technicians, were very professional, and did an amazing job. The one mount would not work, and they had one in the truck that did work.

Terrific. Brandon was skilled and able to perform my request that I thought was impossible. He completed the task way quicker than I thought possible. He's a creative problem solver. After completion, he cleans up the site extremely well. He's my "go-to" Geek Squad member.

The Geek Squad agents were easy to schedule. They arrived on time and quickly and professionally mounted my wall TV and set up the Sound Bar. Plus, they made sure I didn't have any questions once they were done. Great service!

Completely happy with the process of unpacking, mounting, and hooking up to my equipment. Tech walked us thru the use of the new TVs remote and features on the TV...he explained the features in layman's terms that this senior citizen couple could understand. The only downside was the cost to relocate an existing TV which I covered in another review for that service.

Excellent is just the start. This set up was for my 70 yo mother and 94 year old nana. The gentleman was professional and relatable. He set up the tv and hooked it into the internet and taught both how to use it. He accurately explained stuff for technology challenged older women.

The agents mounted one of the tvs quickly and with care. my one complaint is that I ordered 2 tvs mounted and customer service still has yet to reply to my email to address.

The young team was very professional and cordial. The installation went relatively smooth also.

The reps were great and very friendly. They did an amazing job considering that space was very small and inconvenient for the size of the TV. Great job guys!

Everything went well. Team showed up on time, worked quickly to get everything set up to best use/effect, and left the area as clean as they found it. Even hauled off the packaging. They did it far more cheerfully and in about a third the time than if we'd done it ourselves.

This team rocked it! Brought everything to the house, made sure it was all good to go, set it up beautifully, and provided a great assist in getting all of our streaming accounts set up on the smart tv. Well Done Geek Squad!,,
