OMG these folks were great. Jennifer and Daniel were great They did a superb job getting the TV mounted and taking time to explain everything.

We discussed mounting the new TV ourselves but were not sure how to do it. I didn't want to take any chances on hurting the mantle (glass). The Geek Squad arrived, removed the old TV, and installed the new TV. Great professional job!

Highly recommend you have a member of the squad bring your purchases in and assemble and place where you want them. Our fella answered all our questions and showed us how to adjust and use our wall Mount!

The two guys (is that an acceptable description anymore) were very professional. I think one was teaching the other. They did a good job, but I'm still not sure how to use remote. They made it too simple.

I used my total tech support service to set up my tv mounting. The geek squad guys were a pleasure to work with. They did a great job determining the best position for the tv and once mounted explained the features of the mount and walked me through my TV set up. Total tech support offers a significant discount on this service so it’s definitely the way to go.

The agent mounted my tv and connected all my devices. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. (I had a lot of questions). He was very nice and respectful. Excellent.

The tech set up the tv well. He also took down the old one and we had to pay a little extra for taking down some extra parts of the mount on the old tv.

The Geek Squad did a great job mounting my new TV. This was the second one. They are so professional and helpful. Answered all my questions. They also told me about a new product, which I bought. Excited to have them install my new equipment next week.

Agents were very helpful. Called and confirmed appointment and let me know they were coming about 30 minutes prior. Were quick with install and offered to set up all streaming services for us.

They took down my old 75 inch TV and mounted my new one. They had to install a new electrical outlet behind it. Hooked up all my cable service and got me set up with Smart View. So grateful for their top notch service! Really glad i purchased the annual tech service.

I had to get a new mount since my ex put up my old one upside down. I joined totaltech when I bought my tv originally so they came out, took the old one down, put the new one up where I wanted it and it looks fantastic!
