Charles and Steve or Dick (sorry forgot his name for sure) mounted my TV, and put the old one in the new box. As a disabled person, I appreciate the extra efforts doing things that I'm not able to physically. I look forward to having my TV calibrated.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND, The Geek Squad associate who came out to mount my TV was extremely nice and helpful. It wasn't discomfort having him inside my home during the pandemic has he was sure to be wearing all PPE necessary. Service was great and I am very pleased with my mounted TV. Thank you Geek Squad!

The guys who came to mount my tv on both occasions were superb. Unfortunately for them they had to deal with a very dissatisfied customer. After waiting 3 weeks for my tv and having gone to the store to make sure my act info was correct the tv was still shipped to my old address 1000 miles away. After waiting another week for the tv the guys came in and installed it to only find out the tv had an 86" long crack across the entire top. They knew how upset I was, especially after the last hiccup. They worked to get me a replacement. The 2nd group of guys came in and hooked up the 3rd attempt of the tv and did everything to make sure it was set up and ready to go.

This was probably the best GEEK Squad installation I ve ever had. The installer was great. Educated me on a lot of things I didn’t know about mounts, took time to explain how the tv/remote worked, was professional and friendly and cleaned up after himself. Great experience.

Both two guys were very nice when working in our house as well as phone calls before coming. They removed the old TV/mount and installed the new TV/mount quickly. Then, they demonstrated and walked us though how to use remote/functions very easily. It was worth to have this professional service. Thanks so much again!!

These guys were amazing. Very precise work installing a Samsung Frame - after many measurements they hung it perfectly and it looks great!

Geek Squad was good, competent and knowledgeable. However after waiting 3 weeks for dellivery the TV was broken I still do not have my TV

The team did a fantastic job mounting the tv and making sure everything was level. They made sure to clean up afterwards and the finished product was installed better than the previous companies I’ve hired for in-home media

Levi and Gibson were great. Took the time to show me how it worked with the remote. Not that I remembered it all. They were careful installing it so centered on the table. I have always had friendly and efficient service from the Geek Squad.

The agents mounted my tv and made all my connections.

The geek squad crew installed my 75'' TV perfect . The crew gave me a call when on the way ,then spent time going over what i wanted them to do and also offering great advice . The crew was polite and professional . Will be calling them to set up surround sound next

The guys did an great job. They took the old TV down and carted it away. Installed the new one and set it up. Shared several hints on using the remote and the TV. Awesome job !

The installers came on time, set everything up perfectly and answered all my questions. They were friendly, polite and took all the excess garbage with them.

The two gentlemen were top notch. Got the job in 20 minutes that includes installing to TV bracket on the wall and installing the TV. Worth every penny
