The Best Buy technician was very professional and friendly. He mounted the TV perfectly hid the cords in the cord hider I had purchased. Even helped me with the initial setup to make sure everything was working. Great experience!

Travis provided excellent service throughout the process. He kept me updated on his arrival time, was kind and professional, and did a great job mounting my TV quickly and securely. I would definitely hire Travis for services in the future!

I had no problem mounting an older 52 inch Samsung with a little help...but the new 65 inch and several added years convinced me to purchase the TV mounting service. The Geek Squad arrived on time with the new TV and quickly placed it on the wall using the existing wall mount. They connected the input cables and the satellite box, and confirmed the TV operated correctly.

The Geek Squad installers were professional and friendly. They were on time and took the old tv away. They made sure the Spectrum box was re-installed and they assisted with the new remote.

They quickly removed an old (90 lb) TV, replaced the mounts and installed the new TV and then even set up the remote. No mess, just quickly and easily got things switched over. Very nice.

Alex Griffith (Agent) and Kyle hung our Best Buy 55" Curved Samsung and did a beautiful job in our apartment. They connected everything neatly and also cleaned up any mess. We are very grateful for their kindness and consideration in every manner. THANKS to them, both!

The agents were professional, courteous, and efficient! I could tell after the first TV was mounted they knew what they were doing. They showed me how to hold the TV when changing positions. I enjoyed having them in my home. I will recommend the Geek Squad to everyone who needs their TV mounted!

First time we used in home service to set up and install the tv. Completely satisfied. The technicians got here on time and set things up quickly. Would highly recommend this service!

The Geek Squad provided a good experience after my new TV purchase. This included removing the old TV and mounting the new one. They also disconnected and wrapped old cables. New features of the TV and remote were clearly explained. All this was accomplished within 45 minutes. They definitely know what they are doing.

On time. Pleasant and polite. Addressed my concerns with existing TV mount and also made a few adjustments. Respectful of surroundings and cleaned up very well after install. Assisted with TV setup, reviewed and answered questions. Install went very well.

The two technicians were absolutely incredible. I had purchased a mantle mount when they went on sale earlier in the year. These are probably the most difficult mounts to install. I also had it mounted into a stone fireplace. Again not easy. The guys made sure to take all the necessary measurements to drill the holes right where they needed to be for a perfect viewing height. Afterwards they adjusted the tension on the mount so it’s easy enough to pull down for viewing but has plenty of tension to hold it at any height. They even made sure to check all the bolts to make sure everything was holding tight after raising and lowering the tv a few times. Overall I was extremely impressed and will be using these guys to install my home theater in the future

The two Geek Squad guys that came and hung my new TV and mount were wonderful!! They were in and out quickly and made sure that everything was working as well as made sure that I was happy with the location. They were perfect!

The agents arrived when they said they would and quickly installed and set up our TV. They cleaned up all the debris from the packaging as well.

Alex our installer with his assistant Lionel did an excellent job on the installation of our tv and sound bar.

Overall very professional and clean young techs, the only problem was on one wall the installer could not find the studs . I found them later and installed the mount from Best Buy myself. Also the premium install definition is unclear and I did not get it due to the wall damage it would have caused per the techs description
