The "Geek Squad" mounted our new 75" tv. The tv is perfectly centered, no cords, cable connect with no cords. They were amazing. They delivered the tv, connected the mount, the cable -- very professional, friendly and on time. We are very happy!!!!!

It was installed seamlessly and it works just the way I want. It's slides both to the left and right as well as tilt. When fully closed, it's very close to the wall whether it's centered or to the left or right.

Was great for my 65-in Samsung Recently upgraded to 77 in and was immediately told by the installer that the TV is going to hang forward.

We did have issues with the tv delivery and getting someone out for the appointment. It was escalated and the technician Sean was fantastic. He picked up the tv and a mount from the store and got everything in working order. Kudos to him, because the service prior to that was not good.

The guys were excellent and made quick work of installing the TV above our fireplace, well worth the money IMHO

The Geek squad contacted me prior to arrival to inform me of the time that they would be arriving. Both gentlemen came into my home respectful and professional. They came prepared to do the task. They listened to and respected my requests. The end result was phenomenal! My 70 inch tv looks great on my wall!

Excellent service rep. who installed my 55 in new television. I am a 75 yr. old woman and I couldn't have done it myself. He helped me decide where to put the tv for best usage as well.

I love these guys. They are very professional. Very tidy and clean up after themselves. They check out what needs done. They measure. They ask about what equipment you have to connect and they ensure you have everything to get it connected in a way that looks clean and balanced. If you don’t have what’s needed, they have supplies with them to get the job done.

The agent did a fantastic job installing the 55” tv. He was very professional, clean, and courteous. He even gave me a demonstration on how to use it since it was my 1st app tv.

We had Geeks mount our new tv, and they connected it to all our devices. Then we had them back again to move it to the other side of the room after we rearranged our furniture. They were in and out in no time, where very professional, and quite helpful. EZ runs a great ship over there in ORL.... xoxo

Fit perfect where I wanted it. He did a great job installing it. Was not able to install the DVD player due it was not a usb cables. Bummer. Can return to Best Buy due to it’s passed 30 day since ordered it. Useless to me now.

The technician did excellent work installing my television into the mounting system such that it raised my TV about eight inches...PERFECT for viewing. I did not need to buy a higher piece of furniture at all. WELL DONE, GEEK SQUAD!

Jason mounted the TV professionally and with no time wasted. He spent time with me after work done to explain remote and actually set the TV up and running. He is a wonderful representative of the Geek Squad

Original installation performed by third party contractors and the mounting of the tv and set up was a problem. When removing an older 65” tv they compromised my Directv service by damaging the coax cable. They also damaged the wall when taking the tv off the wall and I had to repair this. Directv came and indicated that the tv would need to be removed from the wall for them to review and correct the problem. From then on the precess went well. Geek squad came in a week later and removed the new tv without any issues and Directv followed a day after and corrected the coax cable problem. Geek squad technicians returned two days later and did a really good installation. They were knowledgeable and informative and did a excellent job in fully setting up the tv and sound bar unlike the third party installers, who just left when the coax cable problem occurred. I am really happy that Geek squad came and replaced the original installers and would thoroughly recommend Antony and his crew.

Tech agents mounted, setup and explained all tv functions. They were very thorough, professional and patient.

I like the end results. This guy paid attention to detailed, never questioned our feed back and had very good and valid suggestions. Tv's went up quickly and look good up there too lol.
