So the two gentlemen that installed everything and set it all up were absolutely wonderful! Answered questions, explained everything thoroughly, took their time with me so I didn't feel like they rushed me and just tried to get onto their next job. I am highly satisfied with the Geek Squad!

The agents did a great job of installing my new mount and new TV. They worked well together and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time.

This is the best part of our purchase. Having professionals mount and set up the new TV & sound system, as well as moving our older TV to a new location was fast and friendly. We’ve user third party installers before, but this team (Jamie and Andrew) knew their product better and asked for our input as they set up both TVs.

The Geek Squad is the only way to go. They came in took my old TV away and mounted the new one (which we love !) They went through all the necessary tools that made me feel comfortable with all the new set up.

We used low profile mount because we only wanted our 85 inch tv to tilt up or down. We had plenty of room to hook up a digital antenna and sound bar. It is picture perfect. The geek squad installed it quickly and professionally! Job well done. Even scheduling on line was a cake walk.

The agents were awesome, polite, listened to what I needed to have done and explained things a s they went along ( installed swivel tv mount on wall). Cleaned up after done and asked if I had questions. In additIon made sure tv and Comcast st box worked.t

The Geek Squad comes through again! They delievered my 2 TV's, sound system, and mounting bar and were first class in every sense of the words! Rich and Rudy from the GS in Myrtle Beach SC had everything done and working in less than 1 hour, and took the time to show me all I needed to know! Well worth the cost just for their combined expertise!

I had an older, but large-ish (48") flat screen TV that I wanted to mount in my office to use as an extra computer monitor. This mount worked great. And the Geek Squad guys were fast and professional hanging it. Two guys, both masked (thanks for that), had it up on the wall and working in less than 30 minutes.

My Geed Squad team was led by Edgard A from the Montebello store. He and his partner were friendly, on the ball, and made everything hassle free for me. They mounted 2 TVs with great care of my walls and flooring, plus they were patient in explaining how and what they were doing along the way. Will definitely use them again.

The agent mounted my TV and set up my TV and make sure everything was in working order and showed me everything and asked if I had any questions or needed to be shown anything to be set up, super professional and efficent.

We purchsed our TVs in Watertown, MA but had them delivered to our APt in Florida and was installed with the Geek squad. The Tech was knowledgeable and did a great job

Jeremy and Eddie were right on time, and Jeremy helped me determine the best location for hanging the TV. I was kept informed of what was happening during the installation, and Jeremy showed me how to program my Sony remote after the TV was hung. The job was finished quickly and efficiently, and I couldn't have asked for a better installation team!

These guys was the best ever. They was very professional, and respectable. I have another mounting to be done, I just hope and pray that I get the same two guys again.

I bought a tv, delivery and setup, sound bar and mounting stuff from BB and the geek squad managed everything, and taught us how to use it. Then guess what! We MOVED! The geek squad came to our rescue and remounted and reconnected and reexplained everything. Thanks Geek Squad.
