Installation was done quickly and efficiently. Tech stayed after to hook up everything and demonstrated features and answered any questions we had.

The entire installation process was seamless. The team did great with communicating when they would arrive. Bobby took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied with the placement of the TV. I can tell that he really takes pride in his work. Great guy.

The Geek Squad Installers did a great job installing my Big Screen television. The lowered the TV mount to the correct height to be in line with my wall mounted speakers and made sure that all of the tv apps were working.

The two technicians showed up on-time and did a fantastic job mounting the TV, explaining the settings, cleaning up, etc. They worked together so well as a team…it was impressive to watch. I was hesitant to use Geek Squad as I thought I could find someone else to mount the TV. I’m glad I changed my mind and used their services. It was well worth the cost.

Excellent. Removed old TV and wall mount. Un packed new TV and mount outside and removed all garbage. Mounted the new TV and fired up the TV, connected to WIFI, etc. Everything was up and working when they left, and I had a basic intro to operating it.

The service technicians that installed my tv and soundbar did an outstanding job. They were very professional and guided me through the entire setup process.

Techs came in and installed my TV on the wall, and tested the setup in a very short period of time

The tech did an awesome job mounting the tv. He made sure the tv was secured to the mount and that the mount was secured on the wall.

The gentlemen who serviced me were on time and extremely professional. What I really took noticed was the care they took in cleaning up after the installation of the wall mount & TV. It as a good decision to use them for these services.

Great service! My TV was mounted and all devices were connected to my remotes, cable network, and sound system. No problems.

The first delivery was going good until when they were to put up the tv, there was a large crack on the display. They had to take the tv back. What was difficult after that, was that I had to call Best Buy back the following day myself to try and find the exact same tv, order it, and then schedule a new install date. It was confusing, because you would expect Best Buy to try and find the tv and call me back to schedule a new install date from their end.

Feb 13,2025 arrived on time 9 AM. They knew exactly what they were doing. Friendly and efficient. Wall mounted 65” TV and demonstrated leveling, tilt and turn for future cable access, wireless setup, sound adjustment, Cleaned up and took away all packing material. 5-star job.

Technicians were great. Tv looks awesome after it was mounted. The only issue was they couldn’t hide my HDMI wires due to lack of equipment that an electrician would have

Installer did a fantastic job. The TV was being installed on my patio and actually mounted on the side of the house . It was a challenging install but he figured it out and it looks great

Dan and John came out to install a 77" TV on a wall where the stairs go to my basement, I got scaffolding and we set it up on the stairs and they put my TV on that wall. They did a great job and answered all my questions. They hauled all the trash away. Fantastic job!!

The delivery and installation of the TV went like clockwork, The guy from Best Buy was very informative re the installation and set up with my Bose wireless surround system. Superb picture from the TV, the colors are out standing, My 4K movies now look amazing.
