Very professional. Gave me a call and said they could come early, I was delighted. Safety was important to them, considering the times we live in it was appreciated. Asked all the right questions and gave me advice about the appropriate place to mount the TV. Would use the service again!

The agents went above and beyond to ensure that my TV was properly mounted, Chris and Juan were excellent and really provided excellent customer service.

Guys did everything we asked to mount our tv the way we wanted, position the furniture, and even remove the packaging the movers used. Even gave me some pointers on setting up my network. All for less than any of the local specialists.

The guys were polite & professional - they had my new 58” Samsung TV mounted on the wall and working very quickly. They did not leave me the operator’s manual, if there is a printed one. Perhaps it’s online?

The installation process was excellent but the charges were disappointing due to the fact we belong to the Premium Support option and got no benefit from the program on the purchase. They also charged $50 to reinstall a soundbar we purchased from the along with the previous TV they replaced. The program doesn't seen to be worth the money they charge.

My technician was quick and efficient. He removed the previous television and mount in less than 5 minutes. He installed the new tv and mount with no issues. He even set up the smart features for mom.

Trevor and Victor knew exactly how to mount the TV onto the stand that we had bought. It was mounted professionally and efficiently. With a TV that costs as much as this one did, I think it's much better to have professionals do it, as if it's not done correctly, the damage that could be caused by a novice trying to mount it could by very costly.

I’m an older guy and not high tech so I relied on the Geek Squad. They exceeded my expectations.
