The Geek Squad installation team arrived at my house and informed me of everything they will be doing during their time here. The team was very professional and helpful after mounting my TV on the wall. They even helped me setup my new TV! Very communicative and professional and will definitely recommend Geek Squad to my friends!

The geek squad was very efficient and explain steps to me as they were mounting my TV. Made sure the TV was working before they left. I got a call to verify the appointment and they arrived on time.

Installation of our TV was professional, informative, and they cleaned up after themselves!

The agents were wonderful--mounted the tv, hooked up all the devices, and best of all...showed us how to operate everything. They were efficient and knowledgeable. Best of all, they were patient in explaining what to do.

This came as part of my TotalTech membership, and I was very pleased! Two installers and their supervisor showed up promptly when they said. The entire process was professional and quick. They were very knowledgeable and cleaned up after the installation.

They jumped right into the task of replacing the old TV and quickly had everything organized and proceeded to set up my sound bar and showed us "how" to find programs and aps.

TV was installed on the wall and set up professionally. Apps were updated and questions answered. Also hauled an old tube tv away for recycling.
