Robert of Geek Squad was able to come in and replace my computer wall monitor in just 20 minutes. That made my day since it was in the middle of my work hours.

The agent did a wonderful job mounting my 65 inch television and connecting all my devices. Took the time to make sure everything was leveled and measured correctly and promptly cleaned up after himself. Excellent experience!

The two Geek Squad agents showed up on time as scheduled, they explained everything to me and answered all my questions before they mounted my tv over the fireplace. The G.S. agents setup and programmed my tv and soundbar, once everything was done they also removed and took away all empty boxes. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad to install and setup your entertainment system.

The team that came out to install it did a fantastic job! They also cleaned up everything and wore shoe covers which I really appreciated.

i will always let the professionals take care of this kind of stuff. when you are spending a lot of money on equipment, don't skimp unless you are experienced. these guys do this every day for a living and they know what they are doing.

The agents that installed the television mount, mounted the television and connected the devices in an efficient manner. I was surprised that they completed the project in such a quick time. They were competent and professional. I highly recommend this service

The installers were great—very helpful, kind about our dogs barking from their crates, and conscientious about being sure all connections were made and things were working. They also were willing to test and verify that our old swing out stand was fine for the new TV, and said we wouldn’t need the 4K cables with this model. Later I returned the extra stand and cable for an easy refund. This was all as the Geek squad in the store had prepared me for; I was very satisfied with the set up, the device, and the lower price once I returned the extra products that I didn’t end up needing.

The gentleman did a wonderful job installing and setting up my new Samsung tv. He was very friendly and professional. He was aware of my physical difficulties and was very thorough making sure the tv was placed correctly allowing me pleasurable television viewing. Thanks so much.

Both technicians did a great job installing a new 75” Samsung QLED TV along with a sound bar and DVD player. I recently moved to a new house and the technicians hooked up the tv to my new Verizon FiOS service as well. The use of the remotes was explained clearly and I felt comfortable using everything after the technicians left.

The agent were from a 3 party but did an excellent job. Friendly, fast, and reliable service. The two guys that came to my house were awesome and made sure my T.V. setup and mount were to my family liking.

Our installation guy, John, was great! Set up and checked out all our stuff, answered all our questions. The process of contacting Geek Squad was terrible, all by computer, no chance for human contact. I needed to change something in the original order to make sure they had the time and the right equipment, until John called the day before installation I couldn’t make contact.
