The Geek Squad was fabulous! They came first thing in the morning, were polite, courteous, respectful of my house, wore masks and booties. They had my new tv mounted on the wall in record time! Plus, they took care of a problem I had connecting my new printer.

The agents did a thorough job of connecting 2 tv's, setting up remotes and making sure everything was working properly. Also, rearranged the wires so the surge protector wasn't hanging off the desk.

This is the second time I used the Geek Squad to mount my TV. The first installation was quick and very professionally done. The girl even hooked up everything to the TV even though it was not what we paid for. I am pretty savvy with electronic and would be able to do it myself. But she did an excellent job. The second TV we bought from Best Buy was for our bedroom. So, we bought the mounting service from Geek Squad. There were 3 guys that came in that day. One of them was Chris Ixcamparij. For less than 1 hour work, it was pretty pricey. But I have to say, these guys were good. They came in between the time promised. Brough the TV in, measured everything. Used the mounting gear that I bought from another retailer, and did the whole thing less than 1/2 hour. Chris even took his time to show me the basic way to navigate the TV and helped me set up the cable remote to work with the TV as well. They work professionally and very fast. And the work that did was excellent. No mistake, everything was done to precision. It will take us a few hours to do this ourselves and we might not achieve the same result they did. I really recommend Geek Squad service. And Chris and his crew rock! Thank you.

The installation team was really great. They took the time to center the tv vertically and horizontally. They also gave me an overview of the remote and how the tv worked which I really appreciated since it was my first smart tv purchase.

The Geek Squad came on time and hung and set up the TV, programmed the remote, applied all the settings on the TV for best performance and took the old TV away. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Geek Squad arrived on time to install wall mount and TV to wall mount. Installation was very professional and we are totally satisfied with their work. They left no mess and had any necessary cables, etc., to complete the installation, we will call them back later to mount other wall mount and TV later in different room.

Geek squad installed our new big screen TV using a mount that allowed them to center it even though the 24" on center stud spacing made it difficult. Connected it to my WI-FI system so everything worked perfectly upon start up. Quick and professional.

The guys that came out were very professional and friendly. They did a great job removed the old tv and wall mount. Then they installed the new wall mount and mounted the tv. They cleaned up after themselves. They placed everything back like it was and configured the remotes too. Very impressed, great job and service.
