The squad had a lot to do: Install a power extension in wall, move a TV from on room to another, install a new tv, receiver, and sound bar and blu ray player. All jobs were accomplished to my satisfaction in a matter about 4 hrs. The tech left me with set up info so I could set up Alexa. Outstanding work!

Ryan and Justin were GREAT. Installed new mount to hold our new TV, showed us how to operate TV remote. They were friendly, curtious and answered all our questions. Wonderfully patient with 2 senior citizens.

The agents removed my existing TV and mounted the new one on my existing Mantle Mount and connected to my cable box. They gave me suggestions on sound bar and tested removed TV.

Efficient and friendly. They called in the morning to have a time frame, arrived early and finished up, hauled away my 75 inches old TV.

The Geek Sqaud actually made it by earlier than originally planned, as coordinated a day prior. They worked quickly and efficiently, installing the wall mount and then booking everything up cleanly. The wires were hidden and nicely organized, and all systems were operating in sync as requested. Couldn’t be happier!

Matt and Chris were great. They came in and looked at the existing system and mounts, along with 3 different ways to approach adding the sound bar. Once I chose they were careful, thorough in getting everything up and running. They went over the equipment and how to use it.

The 55" and Below TV Connect & Mount service provided by our TotalTech membership was a valuable add-on to our TV installation process. We upgraded our GeekSquad service to TotalTech in July and have enjoyed the benefits. A recent TotalTech repair and several calls for help have received quick, professional, friendly service. Now our TV installation went totally according to plan and I am sure that our agent provided additional services not specifically provided under the plans. He provided us with explanations of our options and showed us different possibilities. He listened to our questions and provided responses at a level that we (technologically challenged) could clearly understand.

Outstanding job! They installed my 75" set on my old brick fireplace, and it is solid. They offered to show me how to use the remote, and when I mentioned that he was unexpectedly familiar with this particular TV brand and model, he told me he watched a YouTube video the night before so he'd know how to work it. So he could show me! That level of service is almost unheard of these days, and it gives me confidence that their attention to detail was well worth my money.

The Geek Squad agent arrived as scheduled and installed my wall-mounted TV quickly and expertly. He connected everything and made sure it was all working properly. Watching him do this made me realize that this is the way to go for most people who have only average handyman skills required to do the installation job.

We had two TVs set up and mounted, a new 65-inch and an existing 40-inch. The Geek Squad agent called a few days before to confirm the appointment. Two agents showed up with the new TV and mounted both of them exactly as we wanted them. They also set up the new TV and answered our questions.

These guys worked fast and were very friendly and very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. I got the yearly all Tech plan so the service was much cheaper for me. It was only $50 I had to have them out twice because I chose to have it hung low and everybody said I needed it higher. So much cheaper to do it that way.

The Geek Squad does great work. Don't waste the effort to try to install large screen televisions and wall mounts yourself. If you sign up for Total Tech, you get the installation, plus an extra year warranty on the television.

This bracket is very easy to use. We had Geek Squad install it and it didn’t take them hardly any time at all. We love the flexibility we have with using this. Our TV is 75 inches so it’s on the larger side. It pulls out from the wall 18 inches which allows us to rotate the TV so we can watch it from upstairs. Highly recommend.
