Technician called when she was on her way and arrived within the appointment window. She was very professional. Explained what she was going to do. She installed my TV and showed me how it all worked, cleaned up and left. Offered to dispose of my old TV but I declined her offer.

Michael and his team mate was on time and took the time to make sure our tv was installed in right placement and engaged us in process and gave us instructions on how to work tv and they setup in less than 1 hour. I am very please with work and they definitely deserved a tip. Give them a chance !

In order to put the television where I had planned, they would have had to drill some new holes and rewire some things. They were very patient as I tried to decide whether to find a new location for the television and even offered to come back the next day so I could have time to think about it. They were very helpful, patient and kind!

After setting up delivery and installation online three times and having no one show up, finally on the fourth try the Geek squad finally arrived and set up the new TV, but they failed to instruct my husband on use of the remote. He needed me to guide him for weeks. Bummer!

Mounting of my TV by the Geek Squad was quick and easy(for them). They had an easy system for leveling and installing the TV. The 2 guys that showed up were very personable and interacted with me and my wife, explaining how their system for set up worked.

Called and had the guys come back because my first mount was hanging crooked. I bought a new mount and called to have the job redone... The guys who came to my home were nice respected my property and did their jobs very well and cleaned up when they were done. Great Job Geek Squad!

They mounted the tv very quickly and made sure that everything was in good working order. They were only here about 30 minutes and showed up on time. Everything works great!

We've never had a wall mounted tv before but now that we have one, we won't go back to having one on a tv stand. The Geek Squad who installed the tv really knew their craft and did a very professional job mounting it.
