two guys show up , take down old tv , move the mount to new position on wall, rout new hdmi cables , set tv up with verizon fios, take the trash and are gone in 40 minutes-- very polite answered my questions geek squad has never let me down

The two gentleman that arrived to mount our 85” tv were excellent! They provided their expertise and installed it perfectly, quickly and cleaned up perfectly! Very impressed with our first service from TotalTech!

These two young men were so careful and professional !! When they drilled the holes into my wall studs, one of them held the vacuum under the drill so collect the debris from falling to the floor. NO ONE does that these days !! So Impressed !!

Having the Geek Squad mount and set-up a TV is always money well spent. I've always been pleased with this service and once again it was quick and well done.

This installation was perfect for me. It happened on time, the techs were very prepared and professional, and they used all of the COVID guidelines at all times. I liked the shoe booties also. They were a great crew, and I will use them for all such installations in the future.

Installed wall, Tv mounted, devices connected, remotes programmed. Reviewed setup and what I needed to add to get my older home theater equipment to work with the new tv. In and out in less than 30-40 minutes. COVID precautions followed. Wish they had hid the cords...

Joshua and Eddie were excellent. They continually updated us on the install of a wall mount for our TV in our den. Also guided us on the purchase of a mount for our soundbar. Courteous, professional. I recommend these individuals specifically.

Did amazing and got the job done within a decent time

THe install guys were great. The replaced an existing wall 70”!mounted TV, hooked up the sound bar, connected our WiFi and hauled away the old TV for only $50 with Total a Tech Support. This is the third TV I had Best Buy wall mount. All went very smoothly.

Everything was very professional and courteous. It was definitely worth having a professionally installed.

The TV was mounted quickly and efficiently. The Squad knew exactly how to do it. They worked as a team and move products in and out of the house. They answered any questions we had. They showed us how to use the remote. We will always refer to the team.

The Geek squad installed my new 55" TV efficiently and explained the process in terms that I could understand. Unfortunately, he informed me that the One connect wiring that comes with this TV is not rated for in-wall placement, so he could not wire it with invisible wiring to my receiver. That was disappointing but not his fault, and he looked up the cable that is rated for in-wall installation and offered to install it later. However, Samsung and other vendors do not have it in stock. The technician cleaned up everything after the installation and removed the box but failed to leave the owner's manual with me before departing.

They actually arrived early! and were very efficient and reassuring during the unpackkng mounting to the wall and setting up the programming. They even explained it all to me. It was great! Nice gentlemen.

The agents did a fantastic job! Very professional and nice...took the time to put on boot covers and cleaned every thing up when finished!! I do not think we could have been more impressed!! You have much to be proud of - they were Perfect!
