The Geek Squad came into my house and were very professional. They verified what was to be done and they did so quickly and quietly! They connected all my devices and showed me how everything worked from just one remote control! Awesome!

The two gentlemen that came to my home to mount my tv and set everything up were knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of my home! When needing a tv mounted I will refer to them everytime and will have them do another install soon

The guys that installed and setup my TV, Audio, and Wi-Fi system were really outstanding! I could not imagine it being done better. My only complaint is that in their enthusiasm to clean up all of the packaging debris they took the manuals that came with the equipment. I have been able to obtain most of the manuals online.

Mat is a brilliant and a very experienced tech. Knew how to succeed with obstacles that he faced. Professional and wonderful attitude. NOTHING WAS A PROBLEM.

I only give off one star because the "description" doesn't say you must supply your own mount. It's my fault for buying a tv at 2 AM, but the description if you read nothing else seems to imply that you are getting a mount included in the $200.00 fee. One person could never hang this on the wall and at 40 pounds for the tv I bought you'd better know what you're doing when you put it on the wall not to mention level it properly. Fortunately for me they had some mounts on the truck and were able to sell me one so it all worked out. They need to add to the description (mount not included in price) or something and a discount off the mount would be nice too not another full hundred dollars. I'm not complaining too much because I used all my coupons up and saved most of the install fee itself but it was still a sort of unpleasant surprise.

The agents were able to arrive early, and they called ahead to see if that was OK. They did a fantastic job mounting the TV and they also did a great job on the clean up. You could not tell that any work was done in the room.

these guys are great, came kept everything clean so well organized, they had to move our mount, vacuumed as they drilled, had it up and running explained some features and off they went

The two installers worked quickly and were within pickup window. There was some miscommunication as we were told they were able to hide the cables in the wall and they told us that they were not. Also, it would be nice to have show covers to not track dirt throughout the house, but installation went fine.

Professional installation of our TV on the wall above our fireplace. These guys do it for a living and explained step by step what they were doing and why, including why it could not be any closer to the fireplace. Installation looks first class
