They installed the TV very professionally. Showed me some of the features of the TV.

I have always installed my own tv's but it is nice not having to do it your self. The Guys did a great job and was very neat.

Geek Squad arrived on time and installed/mounted our TV in good time. They were courteous, professional and timely. Cleaned up after themselves, and carried off all boxes.

I purchased the Geek squad membership and are an appointment to have 3 TVs Mounted to the wall and wires hidden inside walls. When the guys (third party installers) showed up they said that they were only there to install one tv to the wall and would not conceal wiring and just set up the other two TVs. I explained that, that isn’t what I ordered. They went on to bad mouthing the store and their employees. One of them promised me he would come back Saturday and get the job done as I needed to purchase kits for the wiring to be hidden in the walls. Saturday morning he never showed, I called and text him and he said, I’m not assigned to that job any longer! I couldn’t believe this. I called and spoke to the San Rafael store Manager Michael, he was amazingly helpful and made things right for me. The guys that came and installed (Best Buy Geek Squad staff) not third party vendor this time were amazing, friendly, thoughtful, clean and quick. This experience was turned around because of the team work and communication between Michael and his staff. Thank you Michael!

Very thorough and efficient. Took time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood everything about my new tv before they left. The were very clean and made sure not to make a mess and cleaned everything up before they left. Could not have asked for a better experience

The service was great. The tech did a great job of installation and explaining how everything worked. He was thorough and answered questions, but didn't treat us like children.

The agents were very professional and helpful with questions that I had. They programmed my remote so I’m only using one remote. I learn something each time when the Geek Squad comes to my house to set up any equipment that I have purchased.

The Geek Squad install team did a fantastic job professionally mounting and leveling the TV. They were very careful and had all the right tools with them.

I am very grateful for the Geek Squad members that installed the wall mount and bracket for the Sony tv purchased. Geek Squad also setup the tv and provide instruction on how to add apps to tv.

Super friendly and courteous agents and the installation was a breeze. The mount we had purchased wouldn't work but they had one on the truck they could use so they swapped it out and solved the issue quickly.

The technicians were very prompt in communicating and being on time. Even though me and my wife was busy with working from home and home schooling of our son. They did an incredible job of getting the installation perfectly and completing it faster than we expected.
