I wish that I remembered the names of the gentlemen that did the instillation! They were both so sweet and made sure that they did the instillation exactly where I wanted it. Masks and shoe booties were warn without request! The whole thing only took about 30 minutes!

The gentlemen that came to set up our television were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I would highly recommend using this service for anyone who may wonder if it's worth it. It was!

The agents were awesome and very meticulous on making sure the tv fit perfect on the wall. TV couldn’t have looked any better mounted on the wall.

The person who did the installation was efficient and helpful.

The techs showed up asked us how and where we wanted the screens placed. The fireplace mount required a box on the side for wires and they make it look so easy. All wires were hidden and it was centered perfectly. It was a little pricey but worth the time and hassle as they were very quick, placement was spot on and left no mess.

We are very happy with the team that came out, mounted and hooked up our TV. They were very courteous, mindful and masked up. Worked together seamlessly and cleaned and hauled away everything upon finishing their installation! We would highly recommend geek squad.

Geek squad carefully installed my new 60 inch TV on my wall and it looks great the serviceman was patient in setting it up for me to begin using it fairly comfortably right away. There is no way I could have hung it myself.

I am not sure if we're able to give the names of the agents that installed my equipment, however Sean Harden representing the Bridgeton store location in St Louis did an exceptional job installing my TV, sound bar and helping to cut the wires away in a very excellent manner. Both technicians paid attention to detail for very neat, professional and knowledgeable about their duties. They went beyond the Call of Duty and making sure I was extremely satisfied and that I was getting the best bang for the buck. They recommended services but also explain how I could benefit from those services and why it made sense for me to employ those Services all the while leaving it up to me to make the decision. I felt no pressure from them and I will gladly invite them back to complete any other work for me and suggest you do the same

The installation for two of my tvs and security system has been top notch with my total tech membership. One tv we couldnt use the mount that came with it due to the set up of my wall ,but they were kind enough to hang it on the existing swivel mount that i had in place. Also , i had an issue with my nest doorbell and they were prompt to schedule me and follow up with phone calls. Fortunately, i didnt need them to come out to service the doorbell as I fixed it ahead of time. Definitely recommend geek squad.

having geek squad make an in home visit to mount our new tv perfectly is the only way to go. this particular tv did get have a lot of components hooked up to it so installation was relatively simple but even so, i would not hesitate to use the geek squad again.

I had an excellent experience with technician Andrew Buenaventura at the Stockton Best Buy. Andrew installed and mounted a 55 inch TV . He was on time for his appointment and able to answer all questions. However not so great with the in store clerk she sold me the wrong TV mount.

The delivery guys did a great job removing my old tv and re-using my bracket. The had the new one up very quickly and got everything hooked up and running!!! They were also patient with my questions!

Shawn couldn't have been more professional. I had originally purchased the swivel mount, but upon his arrival he found it couldn't be used on my steel-stud walls. Had a fixed mount one in his truck and installed it, mounted the TV, made sure it was programmed (re-connected my Wii even) and cleaned up COMPLETELY!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Geek Squad.
