I really appreciated the Geek Squad associates who installed my new television. They were very focused on the task and explained the features of my new TV very well.

Very effective and practical. I always recommend it. This service is super good. The technician did his job very well. We were very pleased.

The agents came and set up my tv after attaching the bracket to the wall. They removed the old tv and set it up as well. After installation they ensured we knew how to operate all systems of television. They were extremely professional. I would recommend this service.

The two folks who mounted my 75” Frame TV are a “well oiled” team. They were extremely efficient and professional. They even gave me assistance with maximizing my stereo system. Very much worth the fee!

The two techs were very professional and informative. They did a great job no mess and were protected with booties and mask for Covid. They went thru the instal and all the equipment they installed explaining it to my wife and myself.

The Second Geek Squad remounted the TV correctly and did an excellent job of getting the sound bar placed, adjusted, connected to the TV. They were courteous, friendly and professional!

The third party agent did a good job mounting and connecting our TV to other appliances. Although we had an issue with the installations days after, geek squad was proactive to send an equally nice and more experienced agent to fix it for us.

Highly recommend Geek squad for installation. Pays to have them to do install especially delivery.

I have owned this tv for a while now and have been hesitant about having it mounted to the wall. I am so glad I finally went though with it. The store associate was helpful and informative by assisting me with choosing the best mount for me. The installers came on time and installed the mount and tv rather quickly.

First of all, they arrived on time and mounted my tv with precision. They know what they doing. Connected everything and made sure that everything was operational. They left with my place where they work clean.

They did a great job putting up the wall mount and also mounting the television and it looks really good.

Delivery and set up went great. They were in and out mounting The 75" Samsung Frame TV within an hour which by myself would have taken me probably 5 hours and probably a broken TV or wall. I normally try to do/install things on my own but I knew I would have needed the proper drywall screws to accommodate such a large, heavy TV and I likely didn't have the right hardware to do so. Also I didn't want to risk trying to purchase the TV in store and try to fit it into my SUV. Since I was already getting delivery it just seemed practical to have them install too. So it was totally worth the cost. They were professional and were also mindful of my floors, walls, and furniture.

Amazing service. The guys that came to my home were so respectful. They were friendly, generous, funny, and worked so casually and carefully to mount my new tv. He even swept up the little white styrofoam when they were done!

Set up was excellent and super fast. Love the Tv mount.

Had Best Buy guys install relatively small tv on wall mount about four feet above floor. Went well. Had previously had electric socket and cable moved up wall to eye level. Using small cable box and installer able to hide box and all cables behind tv to give clean appearance. Well done install.

The Medford, OR, in store geek squad installed two smart tvs, (one inside wall wiring), sound bar, blue ray dvd player in our home and instructed us on how to use them. They were all awesome and professional. Go Medford Geek Squad!!!
