The crew that was sent out to install our TV and sound system went above and BEYOND my expectations! With a mixup that happened to start the delivery day off on the wrong foot, these guys were able to turn the tables and make my experience extraordinary! VERY happy with the install and set up!

The technicians did a great job installing the TVs and mounts. We were able to coordinate this install from the other side of the country with ease.

Brian Downey and his partner came to my home to fit a large screen TV to my wall plus set up the TV and my new sound bar. I was very impressed by their knowledge of the equipment, and completed the job in a minimum of time. Both men were respectful and clean, no mess left behind. Both of your men are fine embassadors for Best Buy.

The geek guys were on time, very friendly, worked together efficiently, programmed everything we ask them to, explained the ins and outs to us, and answered all our question. Very very please!!!!!!

The agents removed old tv and replaced with new one and completely set up all the technology associated with it. They were knowledgeable and most pleasant as they performed the task of installation.

The mounting was for an 85-inch TV, so there were 4 tech's who came out for the installation. They were all very professional and did the work quickly. I won't hesitate to use Geek Squad again.

The Geek Squad team that came out did a very nice job mounting our 85 in tv. They were pleasant and professional. The main technician was Matt. I’m sorry but I did not get the assistance’s name. They got everything paired up which was great too! We did seem to have an issue regarding our remote and programming within a couple days after they left (could have been somewhat related to our lack of tech knowledge on exactly how it all worked and paired together- not really sure what was causing the issue) but it was really helpful and wonderful that Matt had left us a form with his information on it (name/phone number) so we could easily get in touch with him if needed. We called him and he came back by the house later that day and resolved the problem. He walked us through things again and everything works great! All in all - everything went well and we are very happy with our new tv - it looks awesome mounted. Thanks guys!!

We have a 77 inch OLED that was just too big and awkward to put up without getting finger prints on the screen. We didn’t wanna risk ruining our screen so we hired Best Buy to come in and do it. Money well spent as they put the tv at the perfect height and did it all pretty quickly. Definitely recommend if you have a tv you don’t want to ruin.

I mounted my daughters tv for her birthday. She absolutely loves it. I opted to have the wires ran in the wall and it was so worth it. The crew was very nice, courteous, and prompt. They went through everything with me and insured I was satisfied before leaving. I highly recommend.

The team arrived, asked questions, took measurements, installed TV mount and mounted TV, explained the use of the remote and made sure I could access the main apps. They cleaned up and were gone in 45 minutes. First class operation. BRAVO!!!

This was a third party set up…he was awesome! He was so quick to install the arm and TV and helped to even set the TV (Roku) up once it was installed. Super nice.

Great TV, great service by BestBuy & Geek Squad as well. Highly recommend! We purchased an 85" Sony, 55" sony, (3) 43" Sony, JBL 9.1 Soundbar, wall mount brackets for our newly finished basement with theater, multiroom sound system and absolutely love it!

I like that he was there at the scheduled time. He was knowledgeable and made sure everything was working. Very satisfied.

Worth the price. Communication is good on the Geek squad's side. They are very knowledgeable.
