The tech. who installed the tv, did a good professional job, I thought the price of $300.00 to deliver, install, and remove the old tv was very high. I am a widowed senior citizen, so I had no other choice, THIS TIME!

They were incredibly efficient. They were supposed to come with two TVs, but the warehouse only gave them one. It wasn't their fault, so I won't penalize them for the warehouse's fault.

The installer did a great job of installation. He was quick and efficient completing the installation process. He set everything up, tested everything and showed me how to use it. He answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with the delivery and installation service.

The agents were able to figure out how to mounted my TV. It was a bit tricky but they were able place the TV perfectly in the upper middle of the wall and connected it to all my devices. Will definitely be using them again when I get a couple more TVs for the house!

Everything went fine it was probably a job someone else could do but I could not do. I wanted it done right. I did not like the fact that the scheduling was very far out but that was out of my control. The service person showed up on time did the job cleaned up no problems.

Both technicians were on task completing the mounting of the new screen. It was done efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and I think overall they did an excellent job.

The installers came on time, and worked professionally. I had the TV and mount already. They put the mount on the wall, and gave me good suggestions on the level it should be at. They mounted the TV on it, set it up, worked with my wifi, and took away the packaging, all very well thought out. I would do this again.

The Geek Squad came with the TV and installed it flawlessly.. They gave me instructions on how to operate and answered all questions before leaving.... They took my old tv away also..

The guys uninstalled the old tv and removed the mount, took out new tv and installed the mount and had it mounted and operational in no time.

Two different Geek Squads came to our home to install TVs. Both squads were very professional, explaining everything they were doing and instructing us on all the steps we needed to follow to use the tv properly. They cleaned up all the packing materials and their tools and even vacuumed the carpet before they left!

Quick and easy, fast and friendly .Came bright and early in a Saturday morning . They sent 1 guy to mount a 55 in to the wall. Cleaned up and took the old tv when done. No complaints

Everything was done great just had to switch out tv the photo one did not fit mounted on the wall so they took it back I believe still waiting on a refund on it as well!

I bought 3 televisions from Best Buy (all Samsungs; varying sizes) and paid for their installations. The installations were done effectively and quickly. I had all 3 t.v.s installed on walls. The technician was professional and friendly. Great job and great t.v.s.

They mounted my tv and set up all the controls. It was done very quickly and did not make a mess.
