Great service! Hung perfectly! They initially hung it higher than I wanted and I asked for them to bring it lower and they were so nice and didn’t mind at all

They did an exceptional job. They came with the TV, moved it upstairs, and installed it quickly. They also offered to move the previous tv and box it came with. They were very professional and polite. Would recommend especially for larger tvs.

Guys mounted the TV and connected all my devices. Had some trouble with the optical connection, but finally figured it out

The Geek Squad guys were nice to work with, super efficient, mounted the screen perfectly, and...for a non nerd like me, programmed it into working order in a flash. So easy to use now. And looks great on the wall.

The agents were excellent mounting my TV into the wall. They were extremely helpful and explained everything to me as they mounted the TV. They were very friendly in explaining to me how to operate the TV and answered all my questions!

Geek squad installers where great. Knew exactly how to install TV on the wall with all the cords and connections hidden.

Easy setup. Good tv, with being mounted in the best spot in my living room. Would shop Best Buy again, and recommend the Geek Squad setup for a new tv.

The two techs that showed up were friendly & laid back. Felt good having an actual conversation with people as to most delivery folks that stick to the “professional only” lingo. Guys mounted my tv exactly how I wanted it without any issues.

This was the best decision we made when buying multiple components. Geek squad called to let us know when they would arrive and they were right on time. They spent hours setting up the equipment we purchased and even recommended and set up the Sonos system to act as surround sound. Awesome service at a great price.

The Geek Squad Technicians installed my TVs, programmed and personalized stations with operational demonstrations to the satisfaction of the customer. They offered to pick up all the empty TV boxes left by the sublet Geek Squad contractor, at the initial TV installation.

I'm a totaltech member so this was free. They did a good job of mounting the TV on my existing mount. They were friendly and kept me informed of their arrival. Happy with the service.

it was done so perfect and fast that if I had not seen it myself.the tv was mounted on the wall.programed and everything was explained.it was all done in less that45 minutes.the guys even set my Netflix so I didn't need the router on it.i will be able to unplug the cable box and blue ray without hesitation.it's very easy to plug back in.

Agents unboxed and hooked everything back up… they took the time to program our remote and show us how everything worked… all five stars!!!

The 3 young guys mounted my TV quickly and made sure my FireStick was hooked up and working. They were very professional. Gave me an overview of features. Cleaned up all packing materials and vacuumed while drilling to limit the mess.
