The agents arrived on time and installed and connected my TV in a timely manner. They even connected it to my sound bar that I couldn’t connect to my previous TV that was only a year old. I was very pleased with their service.

The installers from Geek Squad were awesome. Great communication before the install, professional and courteous when they entered my home. They did a perfect job on the install, went over all the feature while completing the initial TV set up. Fast, efficient, and cleaned everything up before they left. They made certain I had no unanswered questions. Happy that I decided to have them do the delivery and install on this fantastic TV.

The technicians who delivered and wall-mounted my LG CX 77" were absolutely phenomenal! They both were extremely knowledgeable and made the process look extremely easy. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone else looking to buy a TV at Best Buy!

JASPER and his partner were wonderful, and did a perfect installing job for my new Samsung 43inch Smart TV. My old TV was very heavy; however, the men were somehow able to remove the TV and take it away. I was so grateful-----

I work with the Geek Squad techs all the time. It's a pleasure to do so. These guys were fast, focused and fun to work with as they quickly addressed the situation and set about locating, mounting and adjusting my 65" TV. It looks great!

Appointment was easy to set up. They were a little late showing up but were super fast when they got here. The agents brought the TV and wall mounts I had purchased, installed them quickly and neatly. They also made sure that they worked with my older sound system. The Geek Squad installed both my 65 and 55 inch TV's and the installs were done professional quick and clean. I had the same installer (Kevin & associates) for both TV's and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He took the time to explain all features and aspects of the TV.
