Professional, on time and fast. These guys were great and hooked up my TV perfectly

Came out and immediately noticed I had the wrong mount to fit my TV. Told me which one I actually needed and even gave me the SKU# to take back to the store with me. Came back two days later and installed my mount. Extremely satisfied with my service.

The agent was very professional. He gave his opinion on how to best install and then asked what I wanted and we discussed the differences and very professionally explained the pros and cons. I would definitely use that technician for any of my installation projects in the future.

I bought the wall mount and had it installed by the Geek Squad. The man who installed it was very professional, courteous and efficient. He did a wonderful job, very clean, no left over dust or debris. I highly recommend him and the wall mount. Very good experience.

The patience and professionalism- knowledge of the TV features and settings and remote uses- which were incredibly important as the customer needed simplified use and set up! The agent kindly explained, listened and chatted with the customer not because he had to- because he was a true professional. Highly recommend! The level of service exceeded expectations for the customer and his family who purchased the tv and install remotely as a gift.

Installed tv mounting perfectly. Very knowlegeble, answered all our questions and professional. This is the only way to go. It would have taken us hours to put this mount up with much anticipated screaming and hollering. He did it in under an hour. I felt very relieved and happy. Definitely made my day!

The two techs arrived on time and were very professional as they worked. The lead tech explained the operation of our new TV and ensured we were satisfied enforce they left.

The guys were prompt and very pleasant. Installed and set up the new TV in no time. Made sure the remote was working and set up the cable and all the streaming services so that everything worked exactly as with the old set.

I used Geek Squad to install a new Samsung TV with ceiling mount. They did a fantastic job. They also got the system all hooked into the cable system so when our guests used the TV for the 1st time, no problems !!! Where they had to drill for the mount, they made sure that the area was cleaned & spotless. Great job!

Never showed up on the day selected and did not call but this review is on the guys that showed up after Best Buy rescheduled. Very respectful of the property and addressed all my questions. Did their job quickly and efficiently.

The fellows that came out to our home were great. However the product is a bit shaky,and for the cost of the mounting device for the T.V. we ended up with one that got passed the inspectors on the assembly line. What happens is that one side of the wall mounting systems has to be physically handled in order for the television to sit squarely on the wall. Hard to explain but when looking at the tv the left side is higher than the right side, but when you physically push down on the left side the tv levels out. And of course if you don't move the tv it remains level. But should you change the angle of the set to encompass the one side the set hets out of wack.

Best Buy sent an outside contractor to install my 65" Samsung tv. The guys put tv over my fireplace using my old mount, connected to home theater system, and programmed my universal remote all in about an hour. Very pleasant fellows and instructed me completely in use! Very satisfied.

This service is totally worth the money. If you've never mounted a TV on the wall by yourself before, don't even hesitate. Just add to your order when getting a new TV. I've mounted several TV's myself, and it's a pain. Especially with larger TV's. I bought this service when I bought a 75" TV, and when the box for that TV arrived at my house, I was SO glad I bought the installation as well. I never realized how big a 75" TV was until I had one sitting in the floor in my livingroom. Big, expensive, and awkward to handle. Just pay the professionals.
