They had to get a new item to install on the wall I just didn’t have the time to go over the product and turned out to be much more expensive than the original product

our installer Art and his assistant were just wonderful. They had a minor adjustment to do after the fact, and Art came back to our home a few days later. He said everything up and now it’s working perfectly.

The guys were fast and awesome. I had 4 TVs mounted in less than 30 minutes including them snaking my wires for one of my TVs through a wall.

The agents took down the mounted tv and laid it on padding they brought with them. They then connected the new soundbar mount with soundbar to the tv wall mount. It all went smoothly and quickly.

The contractors were very professional and explained throughout what was happening and the best methods and stayed even when the WiFi set up was slow to make sure my TV was properly connected!

Unfortunately the TV broke soon after initial installation but Dave called back with possible corrective action - to no avail. New TV brought in and now works fine. Additionally I was able to talk to the second installer (Mike), after an update changed the viewing settings on the TV. Overall I'm well satisfied with the install.

The guys installed the the tv and sound bar for my elderly parents and did a spectacular job explaining how to operate the tv and programmed the remote to make it as simple as possible. Couldn’t have been a better experience

It was so nice to make the purchase and Have the Geek Squad professionally mount and install my tv's! They look great and function perfect.

I haven't used the features Roku offers but I love the tv. Very clear picture and I look forward to using the features of the Roku part of it when I have some time.
