These guys where so wonderful they set up so fast explained all the features and great personalities they where very precessional

Agent Sal was excellent. Explained all that he was doing, Installed my TV, relocated my old TV and connected all to necessary devices. Service above and beyond. Couldn't have been happier. Very considerate of furniture, etc. which I really appreciated too.

Technician showed up on time. Was in and out in a timely manner. Made sure I understood how everything worked before he left. Even received a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was still good!

The Geek Squad installed my 85 inch TV and mounted it on the Wall. Staff was very professional and took care to clean up and remove all trash. They also insured that all devices worked and were connected. Very polite and answered all questions. Very knowledgeable.

The installers were very knowledgable and very courteous and I was overall happy with their ability to mount and install such a large TV, but I noticed after they left that they left two large dents on the cabinet tops directly below the TV. If not for this damage to my cabinets, I would have given 5 stars.

The team arrived on time and were very safety conscious. We needed another wall mount, which they quickly obtained. The communication around what the mount would and would not do was very clear. All in all, as summarized above,, Lucas and James were excellent.

The technicians were very professional and installed two TVs. They performed the installations in a clean and safe manner, protecting the floor and keeping drywall dust to a minimum while drilling a hole in the wall! The two techs worked well as a team.

We have an older home and they did a great job getting the mount to work for our Frame TV.

The mounting bracket will hold up to a 90 inch TV. It does take two people to mount a TV. The bracket works fine. However, it would be better if it extended a few more inches from the wall. This would give you better access to the cabling on the back of the TV without having to remove the TV from the bracket.

Put it right where I wonted it with no problem and had all the tools at hand to get the job done did not forget nuthin

Geek Squad is perfection. The tv they set up for us is centered and level. They measured to total perfection. They were quick and cleaned up before they left. Amazing how the crew worked so good together!

Great service and easy to mount. In less than 30 min my TV was mounted, configured and working perfectly.

Good initial result but then my cable box fell off the back of the TV after about a week. The lead geek squad person came back to fix and now it is difficult to change channels using the remote. Geek Squad personnel were efficient, very pleasant, and helpful but as of today the overall result is not completely satisfactory.

Agents were great. Had issues with Amazon Prime app after they left thou. [Note: Installation fee quite expensive for a 30-min or less install time.]
