I have used the Geek Squad to install a Frame TV in my office and 2 TV's in my house. I then called them back to move a TV to a different wall. GREAT Service every time. They took the time to hook up everything and to show my son and I how to use everything.

The installers were professional, courteous and totally upfront about not needing some items I purchased (in-wall cable concealer, didn't need it because was for a Samsung Art tv). They were open to explore my request for a particular install (needed the cables run elsewhere), but were also upfront about why they weren't able to do it. I recommend TotalTech because install for both TVs I purchased was free.

They did a great job and left everything cleaner than they found it. Ezra was very communicative before he came out and during the whole process to make sure I was satisfied. Patiently went through options and recommendations with me. They ran cabling in the wall and mounted the TV and soundbar. Recommended I run an extra HDMI in the wall while they were there for future use in case I wanted to hook something else up. Low and behold 2 weeks later I needed it and was sooo glad it was already there and easy peasy.

The installer mounted my new TV and connected it to cable, roku, and a dvd player. He was quickly able to mount it right where we wanted it to be. He explained the mount adjustments and the TV remote. It would be great if they had a handout "new TV remote 101", because it was a lot of information.

We purchased a soundbar for our large screen tv and decided to use the Best Buy Geek Squad to take down our tv, install the soundbar, and then re-mount our large tv. They arrived on time as scheduled and were very polite and did a great job. We were very impressed and glad we hired this service.

The Geek Squad installer was great. He contaced me to provide an estimated arrival time which was great since I work from home. He was professional and accomodating. He installed the TV mount and Television in under an hour.
