The young men who installed the TV were very professional and did a great job. Computer Geek Squad Services I received were inferior. These guys were great and cared about what you wanted, and were precise in the best placement.

The agents were super friendly and knowledgeable. They were efficient in mounting my existing TV above a fireplace and very careful in delivering a new bigger TV upstairs through a narrow staircase. Very happy with the service, definitely worth the cost.

The tv was mounted and hung in no time flat. I like the tv having over fire place.

Geek Squad Agents came, unpacked, mounted, hooked up, demonstrated, removed packaging, and were done in less than an hour. And most importantly, were patient and courteously answered my questions. The Geek Squad agents that helped me were OUTSTANDING!!!

He called to check that things were going to work out for the time that had been scheduled. Was very knowledgeable about the mounting we had picked out. Assured me that it was very strong, a good choice and would keep the set safe, along with it being mobile enough for ease in adjustments for viewing.

Our installers wore masks, set up a perimeter and went about their business. But its not that easy in my house. My wife has a thousand questions for them and they both were more than willing to answer her. Friendly and professional and fast, couldn't ask for more.

The "Geeks" were great. They started to work as soon as they arrived and got both TVs up and working within an hour. Personable, knowledgeable and polite.

Two men hung my 65 inch TV on the wall. It was nice that I got to choose and purchase my own mount without question. They were in and out within an hour. Very glad I chose to get this professionally done instead of trying to do it ourselves.

Jacob and Lamar did a fantastic job with the install and mounting of our TV, soundbar, and Nintendo Switch. The guys were quick, tidy, and professional.

The installers showed up on time, went right to work and were finished ahead of schedule. They set up and explained all they did and how to use all the features on the tv, sound bar, adjustable mount and remotes. Not only efficient, but courteous and friendly.

The guys that came out were very friendly and knew exactly what to do. They cleaned up after installing the 85” TV on the wall.

Had the Geek Squad replace and install a new large screen TV. Showed up on time and quickly did the work. Programmed the remote and hauled out the old TV and boxes. Quick and easy !

Geek squad guy was great. Friendly, clean cut and knew what he was doing . He hug the tv on the wall and after he was finished he also set up the tv and made some tweaks so the picture was superb !!! Will use again.

The Geek Squad arrived during the appointment time window which was given. They gave me several options for mounting my TV in the corner and connected all of my devices.
