The Geek Squad arrived during the appointment time window which was given. They gave me several options for mounting my TV in the corner and connected all of my devices.

Geek squad guy was great. Friendly, clean cut and knew what he was doing . He hug the tv on the wall and after he was finished he also set up the tv and made some tweaks so the picture was superb !!! Will use again.

The installation was of the tv was fast and professionally done. They were very patient with trying to figure out the best position with their help.

They got the work done yet left the issue on the other wall and I still need to resolve it. I had to push to get them to get a part I needed to finish the job. The new install looks awesome.

Geek Squad is legit! It was worth every penny! They were here for 6 hours making sure everything was installed perfectly. It would have taken me days to install everything without the confidence that it was done right! This team are professionals!

The geek squad guys arrived earlier than planned! Installing was a breeze, and I forgot to order a mount but luckily they had extras. They made several great recommendations for accessories and protection plans.

The agents were very helpful and knowledgeable. They made sure I was happy with their work. They cleaned up before they left and made sure everything worked properly.

Paid for delivery, mounting and setup at the premium price $149.99 and was told that hauling away the old tv would be extra, be aware that the premium price does not include hauling the old tv away. I chatted with Best Buy several times and that’s what they told me.

Greg was absolutely amazing to work with. He was professional and reliable. He came and mounted two of our TVs and did such an incredible job doing so. I was extremely impressed by his customer service and he had such a kind personality.

The Premium TV Mounting 56" and larger was an excellent value especially with the Total Tech Support membership, provided for secure transportation and deliver of the large television and an efficient use of time to safely mount the large television. The team took time to setup my display and teach me about its use. I also love they were respectful by being on time/schedule, wearing shoe covers and face covers according to company instructions that were stated prior to the appointment, and let the area spotless after the install. The Geek Squad conducted the installation with excellence all around and I am glad I utilized their services.

The Geek squad was great! On time, efficiently set up the new mounts and tv and got our sound bar sinced to the tv.

The agents mounted my tv above the fireplace with ease and get it connected to all my device. They test all the features on the tv working perfectly. They connect the tv with my sound barr too and maje it to work perfectly. Even gave best suggestions to place my woofers.

The agents did a nice job with mounting my tv. They were knowledgeable and did nice work, though it did take a bit longer than I expected (they needed to get parts from their van that they didn't bring in with them).

The agents remove my 55" tv from my living room and mounted it in my family room and connected it to cable. They mounted my 75" tv in the living room and connected it to the sound bar and cable. They did a great job!
