The agent mounted my tv and was very pleasant and efficient

Long story short, the tv was installed properly with the “no gap” wall mount that I had requested originally. Unfortunately this was after 3 separate visits. My recommendation is to always go with one of their Best Buy Geek tech’s and not someone freelance due to scheduling needs. I’m sure there are great install techs who work for Best Buy, but the geek squad guys are phenomenal

Super knowledgeable. Had me return a soundbar mount because it would add to much weight on the tv so they did not recommend.

Not only were these guys technically proficient, they were very courteous. The entire process took no more than 15 minutes and the mount works perfectly. I would definitely use this service again, especially since they mounted a 65-inch TV. Didn't want to risk messing that up and I'm satisfied with their service.

So I used a competitor first to save a few bucks! You get what you pay for! The TV was hung crooked and they hung it on drywall alone with cords showing! I do have a tricky setup but the Geek Squad showed up and knew exactly what to do! They were more expensive but worth every penny to get it done perfectly!

The installer was great. He did it quickly and as quietly as possible as I worked from home. Once completed, he explained all the in's and out's of my TV and soundbar. I had a small issue and he came right back to fix it.

The geek squad crew was very experienced at mounting large screen televisions. They were friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend using them to install a large tv.

I thought it was excessive to charge the amount you did when all they had to do was swap out two TVs. No mounting was needed. They also tuned the harmony.
