My tv was mounted to my wall well, and I am able to use it. However, I bought a sound bar and speaker as well, along with something to hide the wires. None of these things were set up by the tech. They are still in the box, the wires are exposed. I went to Best Buy to have these things taken care of and was told it would cost me over $300. I decided to take care of it myself. I was hoping my handyman would do it, but he has been sick for the last week, and I don't know when he will be well to do this last little bit - drill 2 holes - so the sound bar can be mounted. I feel very frustrated with the whole situation. I don't know what to do.

The installers were professional, and efficient. I found them to be a huge source of knowledge about the tv I had purchased and did a great job explaining how to access the features of the tv.

The 2 men were courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in the installation and explained all facets of the operation.

The technician was excellent! Service was very professional and she was quick and neat.

Loe and jasmyne that came to install the tv did a great job! They called, took pictures of what they were doing before they finally hung the tv. I would recommend them!

The agent helped to remove the old mount and mounted the new TV at the appropriate requested height. This was done very quickly.

The agents that mounted the TV were very courteous kept things very neat and cleaned up after themselves they completed the task very quickly

Geek Squad Agent Dale mounted my TV within a reasonable amount of time, and he also setup my printer with my desktop computer. He was very efficient.

The agents arrived on time and quickly had my TV and devices mounted correctly. They left my equipment cleaner than when they arrived! Highly recommended, worth not having the headache of doing it yourself. You can tell the TV was professionally mounted, it looks great.

The Geek Squad did an amazing job hanging both my 65” and 48” TV. I told them exactly where I wanted them mounted and they did perfectly! Would definitely recommend them! Awesome job guys!

The installers did a great job of installing the TV wall mount and mounting the TV to the mount kit. They also mounted the cable box so that it was out of sight and able to access the cable box signal.

The technician showed up on time, surveyed the situation, new exactly what to do with the TV mount. His work was great. Set up the TV (75") with out any help, reworked the TV remote to work all the devices and was in and out in an hour and a half.

Great couple of guys efficient in getting the old tv down and installing the new one. Set it up and cleaned up after themselves . Easy to talk to about tech issues.

Excellent service. I have had 3 televisions mounted in the past 2 months. Two Tilt TV Wall Mounts and one Full-Motion TV Wall Mount. The installers showed up on time and worked efficiently. They where in and out in about 2 hours. So far so good!!

Nice work but a little expensive. Clean up was good.
