The agents dismounted my old TV, mounted my new TV, connected the components, set up the TV software and cleaned up after the installation. The agents were professional, knowledgeable and very supportive throughout the visit.

The Geeks Squad did a great job mounting my TV for me. They made sure to discuss with me everything that was going to be done, as well as everything that was done. They made sure it was extra secure and safe, as well as centered and level.

The guys that came out to install a full motion TV wall mount were great. They were on time, professional, were considerate of their surroundings. Took the time needed to get the job done right and perfect.. I did have to call them back for something minor, and they were the same way when they returned.

Geek Squad was super efficient. Had gloves, face masks and shoe coverings on. They were professional, courtesy and very knowledable about what needed to be done. I couldn't be happier with my TV wall mount. TV looks bigger on the wall. Thanks Geek Squad!!!

The Geeks delivered my three T.V.s and installed them on three of our walls. They connected them to the internet and gave us instructions on how to use them. One did not work properly. We call them back. They brought a new T.V. and installed it the following day. It worked great. These guys know their stuff.

My TV was being mounted a little high on the wall for one person to do it alone. The technicians were top notch and did a great job.

The agent was a welcomed professional. He was polite and respectful as well as very efficient in his profession. He installed my TV, set it up, had it working well and told me/showed us everything we needed to know. It was a good experience.

These young men were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, fast and clean. They kept us updated about arrival time and there was no mess left behind. I opted for this service because this large TV needed to be wall-mounted. That said, I’d love to know that the “Geeks” were getting every penny of the cost of this service, because it was expensive for under 30 minutes of work, and I doubt Best Buy pays them that well!

The mounting and setup service from The Geek Squad was super. They explained everything, got my input on how I wanted the settings, asked how we use the tv and streaming devices, and took care of everything from tying up the cords to carefully removing the old screen and packaging. Friendly, fun, worth every penny.

The agent Jonathan did a great job installing my new television set. He set everything up and showed me features of my new set. He was extremely knowledgeable and took pride in delivering a great product and experience.

The team came in and set up the TV. Very professional and friendly. When they were done they took away all the boxes.
