The 2 Geek Squad agents arrived on time installed my TV including a wall mount quickly and accurately. They were both friendly and courteous and took the time to explain everything.

Installation Team was great and professional. Did an excellent job on the install. Ensure I happy with install and understood about the use of the TV and completed the setup too.

These two techs were just outstanding. Completely worth the money, they installed the TV and wall mount perfectly and quickly.

I ordered the Geek Squad, you know, the ones that work directly for Best Buy and drive vans around that have a huge Geek Squad logo on them, usually driven by tech that have been trained by Best Buy to represent their brand, but to also be sure customers are being serviced by people who know what they are doing and have been vetted by Best Buy. Instead, what I got was two guys that showed up in a pickup truck, walked up with a 40" cheap TV in their hands thinking it was mine. No Geek Squad truck and certainly not Best Buy employees, I think the guys who came to install the 86" TV I already had where hired by Best Buy from Angi's List or one of those other handy man websites. The guys were very nice and professional, however they didn't have a ladder which they needed and they could only mount the TV. The problem was, I ordered other services to hide the cords and to install an electrical outlet behind the television, they were unable to install either and ultimately, my TV was mounted crooked too. Don't get tricked into thinking you're hiring Best Buy employees trained to do the work and I spent over $600.00 dollars hiring them. I could have found someone to help me if all I wanted was to hand a TV. Super disappointed and hope this review warned you of what to expect if you think you're paying for the services of trained Geek Squad techs, shame on you Best Buy.

The gentlemen were very polite and very professional. They were very careful with the removal of the old TV. They were very careful with set up of the new TV. They cleaned up after themselves.

The agents were professional and were very knowledgeable. Had the tv mounted in no time.

The installers were fast, efficient and neat. Everything worked as it is supposed too, so couldn't ask for anything more than that

THE 2 GUYS THAT CAME WERE WELL PREPAIRED. THEY HAD ALL THE NECESSARY TOOLS THEY NEEDED. THEY WERE QUICK TO LOCATE THE NECESSARY MOUNTING POSITIONS AND DID A GOOD JOB. THEY EVEN TOOK AWAY ALL THE UNDEEDED PACKAGING. NO MESS FOR ME TO CLEAN UP.

After buying a new 65" TV, I figured it was time to wall mount both of my TVs. The Geek Squad folks arrived promtply, and finished the mounting in a timely manner. Both TVs were mounted to my exact specifications, and look great. No fuss, no mess, just perfect installation. Again, let the Pros do it!

The Geek Squad was awesome. The gentlemen mounted my television and showed my daughter and I how to set the up our television. Everything is so high tech it was a little challenging. I received a phone call right before they arrived and everything was done in under 30 minutes.

The agents i got did a splendid job!! Very good work and made sure all the connections and everything was super stable!!

The two installers were great representatives for Best Buy. They performed the install quickly and with no mess. They answered all of my questions.

After a “no show” first appointment, an installer showed up to install a Samsung frame tv the next day, but said that we needed to go buy a bracket. This was our second frame tv and the first one did not need a bracket. That afternoon another installer came saying the bracket was in the box, but he couldn’t find it. The next appointment, the same installers who had come the first day, came back and they repeated that we needed to go back to Best Buy and get a bracket. We went to Best Buy to the Geek Squad help desk and spoke to a manager, who was knowledgeable and kind. He cancelled the order and redid it. A week later another installer came and removed the first tv, still in the box, and brought in the new one. He immediately found the bracket, which was in both the original and new the box and quickly and efficiently installed it. Unfortunately, the TV did not work. He went to his truck and got the original tv, which he installed and successfully got it working. The Geek Squad explained that they had been short handed and used outside contractors, who had admitted to us that they had never installed a flat screen tv. To add insult to injury, we tried to exchange a tan frame for a white one. A very rude woman with purple hair said that she would not exchange the frame unless we returned the tv, since it was a bundled sale. That would have required us to figure out how to take the tv off the wall. Obviously, she knew we couldn’t do that. We are in our 70’s and didn’t even have the box anymore. I would like to repeat that the Geek Squad direct employees were excellent. Their manager was excellent. as was the Best Buy sales manager. My complaint relates to contracted installer and the rude purple haired female manager at the Myrtle Beach store. If we ever purchased from Best Buy again, which is unlikely, it would only be because of the professional Geek Squad employees that we dealt with.
