My new TV was mounted perfectly, onto a furniture mount, quick, superb mounting, polite, personable individual, felt he did an expert job.

The installation went great but we already had a mounting system set up for them to install the mounting bracket for the TV. We had to install a custom backing for the TV because of where it had to be mounted but either way the guys were very careful to ensure the TV was going to be stable for years to come.

I have to review this as amazing. The Geek Squad installers are always profession and respect my home when they install. I can’t be more satisfied than their work. Thank you Geek Squad, Best buy, and Magnolia!

Agents installed and connected my new TV to all devices, and did so with care and attention.

TV is much more clear than the one it replaced. It was completed very quickly and with no issues.

The agents were fantastic. They mounted 4 TV's, 2 outside and 2 inside, and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend!

The installers were efficient and professional. They made sure that they cleaned up after themselves before leaving.

The agent mounted the tv on my existing wall mount. He was quick and thorough and provided instructions on how to use the tv and remote controls. He was polite and neat and tidy, disposing of all packing materials and the old tv.

Tech guys were very respectful by wearing masks, cleaning up after the installation, and returning things back to their original places. It was a quick and organized process. After installing the tv they learned that it was defective so we had to wait another week for installation. I do think they should stay a bit longer to explain things . Especially senior citizens. It wasn’t a pretty picture here after the team left as we struggled to input everything but we managed after our granddaughter came over to help. I like the fact though that we have help at our fingertips 24/7 by a phone call or chat on the computer. To me that’s important. Plus, I can get that same technical help with my other devices which is an added benefit.

I am so beyond thrilled with my TV mount. It's great quality and you can pull it out and up and down and all around! I show it off to everyone- so glad I got this. And install was easy and smooth. Highly recommend!

The Geek Squad sent two associates to do the double task of assembling a TV stand and mounting/installing a new set. They worked together very well, were friendly throughout the tasks, and explained features of the TV before they left, answering all our questions.

These people know what they are doing and they are very professional and nice to deal with. I did NOT want my handiman messing with my wall tv installs. I needed it done perfectly and easily and that is what I got!! Since I have total tech, they did it for $50!!!! A no brainer!

The two guys did and outstanding job and took the time to explain everything afterwards.

Overall, I am very happy with the TV mounting service by Best Buy Geek Squad members. The television was carefully and strategically mounted on the wall, with great precision. Great Best Buy experience!

It took two trips for the techs but it all ended well. The first trip was a bust when the tech missed the outlet that was behind the TV and told us we needed to install one to make it legal! Oh well, we needed to reschedule and all was ok. The tech team did a good job of replacing our TV mount, TV, and programming our remote.

Communication before the day of delivery was easy. Then on the day the agents arrived on time. They were careful not scratching the TV. Mounting was quick. Highly recommended.

Jacob and Colton did an amazing job mounting three TV’s for us! They communcated regarding their arrival,and were very cordial and respectful. We appreciated how highly skilled, organized, and considerate they were in the placing of the mounts and set up, making sure everything was in an appropriate position for the room, and that everything worked properly. They cleaned everything up extremely well, We were extremely happy to have these two very professional young men as service providers!
