Jacob and Colton did an amazing job mounting three TV’s for us! They communcated regarding their arrival,and were very cordial and respectful. We appreciated how highly skilled, organized, and considerate they were in the placing of the mounts and set up, making sure everything was in an appropriate position for the room, and that everything worked properly. They cleaned everything up extremely well, We were extremely happy to have these two very professional young men as service providers!

The agent was super nice and did a very good job in mounting my TV over the fireplace. He was in constant touch from the day before our appointment and after finishing the job took care of all the packaging and even cleaned the dust.

The agents quickly hooked up the new TV to the other components already in place. They tested it to make sure everything was working properly and answered any questions that I had.

The listen to what i wanted and did it. They are very professional and helpful. Would so want them to come out if i every get somerhing from there again.

The TV and sound bar were installed and programmed on May 21. That afternoon the sound became distorted and I called the home theater agent. I was then told to reset the sound bar using the buttons on top. It worked for a short time, but the sound became distorted again. After repeated phone calls, and believing the sound bar was defective, it was replaced by one of your independent contractor on May 29. Again, the sound was fine for a short time. Finally, on June 11 a member of the geek squad came for the appointed in-home service call. Upon arriving he understood the problem as explained to him, used the TV remote and reset the sound. Wow, amazing how the problem was corrected within 5 minutes! Since the problem was brought to your attention on May 21 and many phone calls as well as a visit to your store, my frustration and annoyance was unbelievable. Thanks to your geek squad member who knew what he was doing, I think the problem has been resolved. Your installers and independent contractors need more training and instruction before being assigned to do these tasks.

You purchased the Geek Squad installation of a large screen TV because you either don't want to do it yourself, can't do it yourself, or possibly a combination thereof. For me, it was both - I didn't want to nor did I want to screw up the job. This is the second time I've used Geek Squad and both have been wonderful experiences. On this job, I had the mount already purchased, opened, and laid out on the floor. I needed them to bring my TV in from the garage. There were two people...two people that if you didn't know any better you would have thought they owned the company that is how considerate, mindful, and skilled they were at what they did. What took them 25 minutes to install and mount the TV would have easily taken me hours. On top of that, they took the time to explain how it functions (tilting, moving, etc.) but also some neat little tricks on hiding cords and ideal height, etc. Without any doubt, time is money and the Geek Squad saved me a lot of both!

My Sony os AMAZING!!!! The Quality is absolutely wonderful. The picture and colors are so Vibrant and Clear as well as true to life ….. I would definitely recommend

In my younger years I tackled projects like this on my own. Sometimes with regrets. Imposing on friends and relatives to assist with mounting a larger screen TV is not worth it. "Let The Geek Squad Pros Do It". No regrets. The two member Squad team worked like a friendly well oiled machine. They had necessary hardware available on their truck. Hooked up my streaming devices, soundbar and verified that they were all functioning properly. Answered all my questions and took away all the packaging. In short "Let The Geek Squad Pros Do It".

Install was well done, we needed a hanger for our sound bar, they said that the y usually would have one in the truck that they could sell us but they were out and would orders us one, have not heard anything.

I was worried about mounting my 85 inch TV. So many things could go wrong but Geek Squad was able to mount it without any issues or damage. It looks amazing on my wall: all the wires are hidden and there is enough space to hide my game consoles too.

Geek Squad tv installers are great. I have had them install two different TVs during the pandemic and it’s been a quick and efficient job both times. I am a member of the Tech Support club so having them install a $65” TV for $49 is a great deal!

The two gentlemen from Geek Squad did a fantastic job start to finish. They were incredibly fast and efficient, and when they left my new tv was above my fireplace, and the old tv was hanging in my office. Getting the Total Support package saved me money, too. Great job all around.

They arrived on time, Practiced social distancing. Install was fast, and proper time was spent on set-up and answering questions. The next day I had a question about a message on the TV, so I called the installer, and he answered it quickly and correctly.
