Josh did a great job installing our TV. It was not an easy install and he had the experience needed to deal with difficulties.

Agents did a great job, the only thing they did not due was hook up the HDMI cord that I ordered, because they said that they were not given the cord from the store. Call the store to report the problem and got a refund for missing HDMI cord.

We received a call canceling the installation on the date of install. A few hours later the installers showed up anyway with our 65” tv laying on its side in a Honda Accord. Installation went okay, but the lead installer asked if we would dispose of the box. We declined, since that should be included with the installation service. Tipped anyway.

The team came and set our tv up within the hour they were great, very professional and helpful. Made the entire process so easy!

The Geekee Folks installed a wall unit, hung the TV and helped someone with minimal tech savvy (me), get the unit up and going. Couldn't have done it on my own! They let me know when they were coming and masked up for all of our safety.

The Geek Squad did a wonderful job.. from the moment they entered my home, with the 75 inch TV, mounting it, setting it up and taking the big box with them...

We Had a tv installed above a fireplace and hooked up to pre installed speakers. And then he set up a receiver to three sets of speakers throughout the house. It was done in a very timely manner and he explained every thing before he left.

Brandon arrived on time, and finished removal of old 85 inch Samsung & Installed 85 inch Sony in less than an hour. He did this all by himself. He was careful, courteous, and efficient. They should pay hime more money.
