Everything was done with precision working as a team. The one thing that was questionable was the assumption that I had Comcast. It was suggested I get a new Comcast box to make the picture better, but I didn't need that.I changed the setting to Direct TV and it was fine.

Good and quick service from the Geek Squads who I recommend with any install or connection needed in your home! They are professional and help you understand everything you're getting done step by step.

Agents Mike and nick did an awesome job with our installation. They took time to explain what they we’re doing with regards to drilling the holes and mounting of our rack. We are very pleased with our new TV!

Geek Squad showed up to mount my television above my console. They were able to supply the various cords I did not have and had me hooked up in no time. They also hooked up my new direct tv and took the time to explain the how the new remote worked and set it up so I only needed to use one. And when they were done, they cleaned up the area and took the boxes with them! Went above and beyond. Very happy with the service.

Although I was given a BETWEEN 12 and 4 pm window of arrival, at 11:51 am, I received text saying they were 5 minutes away. At 12:02, I asked for 10 minutes to get myself appropriately dressed (just out of shower) and at 12:03 Zach says they had already been there 10 minutes and couldn't wait! The whole ETA notification process was rushed, inconsiderate and disrespectful. However, since I made it to the door and they were able to proceed, I was satisfied with the overall setup and install to my floor TV stand.

The agents were right on time, polite, careful, and quick.

The Geek Squad team was very professional in their attitude and appearance. Consulted with me on placement of my TVs and explained their decision making. Taped out where TV would be on fireplace and large walls before making holes. They were very careful with the equipment being installed and to ensure the minimal drilling of holes into walls/brick (measure twice, cut once). Wore protective covering on their feet. I had a TV that was damaged out of the box. They took care of the return/reorder and will be back out this week to install the new one. I bought the Totaltech membership and the install was at no additional cost to me. The membership is worth it if you don't want to install it yourself.

Thr agents mounted the tv and the quality of the picture is great this is my second one will buy again

The guy that delivered and mounted my TV was phenomenal. He paid great attention to detail and made sure I was happy with the mounting and set up before he left.

The Geek Squad installed my 65" TV on the wall, set it up and programmed for successful installation. These guys know what they are doing and will point out if the previous installation was done incorrectly as they have your safety in mind. Will definitely acquire them on my next installation.

Installation process was very smooth. TV brightness quality is very similar to QLed/miniled tvs

Geek squad installed my tv bracket and mounted my tv successfully. Very happy with the quality of work.

Forgot i never wrote this. Guys were in and out easily and cleaned up after their work. set the TV at the desired height which was above 8ft and showed how the mount works for my knowledge. worth the service than any mishandling on self-effort.

The Installers were personable, they explained the setup step by step and answered all my questions. They also help me set up the TV's Google apps.

Agents were very professional and able to mount the TV without any issues.
