The geek squad did a good job on hanging my TV. Something that I could’ve never done thank you.

Mounted TV, showed me how to work the remote and left, not a Geek Squad person, someone they subsidise with. Parts had to be ordered for the stand that held the previous TV.

Austin is the best install person that we have ever had as Best Buy Total Tech members for years. He helped us to pick the correct mounting hardware, which is well made, and then he measured the wall for studs, did a perfect mounting, with assistance by Matthew. These two lads are a sterling example of skill sets needed to represent Geek Squad, and we appreciated the easy visit to "Git 'er Done !"

Geek Squad is where to go for all Your tech needs. They came to my house and installed EVERYTHING from door bells,to TVs, to wall mounts , to speakers for a theater room. Use them as often as you can.

The mounting of our 85" Samsung QLED TV was not typical as it had to be mounted in our church sanctuary. The installers got it EXACTLY they way we needed. I (the pastor) was VERY impressed. It took them less than an hour to get it mounted & set up.

The geek squad team who installed 2 flat panel tv's-one over a fireplace and another on wall in large bedroom, did a wonderful job and installed the mounts perfectly centered and where I wanted them to be. They did great on clean up and no damage at all with the tv's or the walls they were mounted on.

The agents mounted my TV using the existing bracket so the one I bought is going back. The TV was installed in no time and connected to all our devices. In all, it didn't take more than an hour to fully install and connect. Was very happy with the service.
